Reviews
Plantiana Yawn. Poorly Filmed Snooze Fest.
2hotFeature one of my absolute favorites!
Kirandeep Yoder The joyful confection is coated in a sparkly gloss, bright enough to gleam from the darkest, most cynical corners.
Lucia Ayala It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.
saiframiz The ring two is better than rings dont listen to the haters and the critics they didn't watch the new version of that movie. The old versions was not good but the new version was very much better then theatrical version
lev-nemkin I really enjoyed this as well I wouldn't really call it a sequel it's more of a continuation of the story because Rachel and Aidan return this time the story is different though the only part that mentions the videotape is the beginning where this high school kid tries to get his girlfriend to watch it so she would die instead of him but it didn't work because she didn't look so he ended up dying anyway. The main story of this one is about Aidan and how he is possessed by Samara you know he's been possessed because he starts to get cold plus he also slips into a deep sleep or a coma for awhile then when he wakes up he doesn't act like himself that also gives it away and he also makes a psychiatrist that just wanted to help him kill herself that was kind of disturbing to watch after that he leaves the hospital without being discharged we also have another character called Max in this film but he isn't in it too long but Rachel asks for his help he tries to help best he can before Samara kills him I say Samara because it's her spirit in Aidan's body but one of the best scenes while he is still alive is when Rachel gets him to look at photos of Aidan where she had notices Samara in the background now I thought that was pretty creepy this film doesn't fall short on the creepiness or intrigue but the first one was much better for that I still enjoyed this though was a good continuation and look forward to seeing Rings which hasn't come out here yet but will soon I give this an 8/10 and I highly recommend this for fans of the first film.
Thanos Karagioras "The Ring Two" is the sequel of the horror movie The Ring and in this one we are six months after the incidents involving the previous one lethal videotape and now we have some evidence which make us believe that evil is not finish but it's hiding in the darkness for one more time.I did not like this movie as much as I liked the first one which I think that it was magnificent. The interpretations of this movie were not good, the plot and the mystery was not there, the suspense and terror also missed, and this movie called horror, no I do not think so. In my opinion "The Ring Two" was a barker and nothing more than this. Finally I have to say that if you have watched the first movie then just do not watch this one, you will not regret it.
SnoopyStyle Aidan (David Dorfman) and Rachel (Naomi Watts) have moved to a small town in Oregon. However the videotape seems to have followed them after Rachel finds another one of those strange deaths. Rachel takes the tape and burns it. Samara starts coming after Aidan, and Rachel must dig up the past to put it to rest. The great thing about this sequel is that the actors came back to finish the story off. It's interesting to go back to the source story. However the franchise can't surprise the audience any more. It was a nice fresh idea in the first movie, but the sequel can't shock us anymore. It's a good wrap up. I hope they don't keep dragging this out like other franchises.
