Phonearl Good start, but then it gets ruined
Kidskycom It's funny watching the elements come together in this complicated scam. On one hand, the set-up isn't quite as complex as it seems, but there's an easy sense of fun in every exchange.
Lela The tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.
FilmCriticLalitRao The importance of chance meetings cannot be neglected in the lives of human beings as they prepare them to discover life and its varied facets.Slovenian film "Dual" is about one chance meeting which completely transforms the lives of its protagonists. The film begins with a plane from Denmark making an unscheduled landing at a Slovene airport due to technical problems. This plane's passengers are housed at a hotel in downtown Ljubljana where a young Danish girl decides to explore the city. This is the start of an important adventure in the boring lives of some young people."Dual" is an important film for a multilingual Europe where the youngsters don't have a common language. It is true that English languages often comes to their rescue but not at the cost of local languages. One can hear actresses speaking in both Danish as well as Slovene. This bittersweet film by director Nejc Gazvoda had its premiere at prestigious Karlovy Vary International Film Festival 2013.Later,it was shown at other film festivals namely International Film Festival of India 2013
fidelio4 Fantastic film. "Dual" is intelligent , witty, gorgeous, quirky and real. It's about two strangers (Iben and Tina) meeting and wandering through a beautiful Old World city, sharing and experiencing the night together, whose paths could lead them anywhere. This movie is so realistic that you almost feel like you're eavesdropping. The dialogue is intelligently written, but it's the acting and the delivery of such realistic conversation between two people that makes this movie exceptional. Iben and Tina's personalities are so layered and rich. It's a beautiful film with a generous array of wonderful and touching moments.
