cinephile-27690 Go ba goo bah Go ba goo bah Go ba goo bah Go ba goo bah Go ba goo bah Go ba goo bah- that's all these creatures say! How is that educational? Do NOT show this to kids! I remember being a kid and changing the channel as soon as possible! And I was under 10! Show your kids something else-this show will not help your kids develop.
janettiemarie My favorite show!! It is also the favorite of all my friends. Po is my darling. She is the cutest, smartest, and most beautiful teletubbie in the world. BTW she has a PhD is manufacturing engineering. She lives incognito in Southern California....actually, in famous Orange County. She was born in England in teletubby land (actually does exist). I swear check the maps http://googlesightseeing.com/2008/02/teletubbyland/. This show is a classic and vital to the development of young children. The little baby who appears inside the sun in each episode is the one attribute I'd do without. I hate that kid. Wish the sun would set on his face. Po's face should be displayed within the sun in lieu of that brat.
satie-2 The Teletubbies shows invite the youngest children to the world of reading, counting, singing, dancing, exploring, and so much more. Its educational value is tremendous, adapted to the pace and mind of the youngest children. After having watched a lot of these episodes over and over (yes, I have a couple of Teletubby loving kids) I have come to the conclusion that this is one of the best children programs ever aired on television, everything produced in incredible detail. Just a pity that not all the 365 episodes are available on DVD. Please understand - this series is for the youngest children, and only they will fully enjoy the world of the Teletubbies and learn a lot from it.
Matthew_Capitano Four freaks run around a valley presided over by a chuckling infant in the sun. After a small eternity of goofy physical banter, the freaks expose their bodies which have TV sets lodged in their bellies so they can show us dumbbells in the audience a 5-minute video of some kids splashing around in the rain or something -- and the video is boring in the extreme. Next, and just to twist the knife, the freaks show the same video AGAIN! Noooooo!!!! A thoroughly moronic children's program that's not even good enough for your dog.One more thing: if the TV sets are located in the freaks' stomachs, then shouldn't the show be called 'Tele-TUMMIES'?..... never mind.
