Totally Minnie Trailers

The film centers on nerd Maxwell Dweeb (Robert Carradine), who is a loner with no friends. While watching television, he sees an advertisement for the Minnie Mouse Center for the Totally Unhip, named after its owner, Minnie Mouse. Dweeb, in an effort to improve himself, decides to attend. After being welcomed by the director (Suzanne Somers), Dweeb is taken on a tour of the centre, where other Disney characters run various courses: Goofy is a fitness instructor, Donald Duck is a wardrobe manager, and Pluto is a messenger boy. After finally meeting Minnie Mouse, Dweeb is taken on by the director, whom he eventually falls in love with, and dates once he has passed his training. The film is intershot with various musical numbers (including the duet "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" by Minnie Mouse and Elton John) and excerpts from early Disney shorts.

Reviews
Cubussoli Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!
SpuffyWeb Sadly Over-hyped
Holstra Boring, long, and too preachy.
Bob This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
ranarian My sister and I loved this TV movie when we were little. We taped it off the TV and watched it almost every day until it was accidentally recorded over.It was during the period when all little girls had to be seen in a huge reversible Minnie Mouse sweater and pink leggings. I had forgotten all about it till I heard "I'm So Excited" by the Pointer Sisters and it brought the movie flooding back. This movie really sums up the late 80s when everyone was obsessed with bright colours and shopping for the latest accessories. Minnie Mouse was the ultimate "hip" shopping-obsessed girl for any child under 10!
Jen (zaileia) I had this taped off the TV years ago and somehow it got lost amongst the millions of video tapes I now own. It was my favorite thing to watch when I was little, I loved the Elton John duet and just basically enjoyed the whole thing! The cartoons in between the movie, Minnie in all her lovely outfits! This was a Minnie Mouse for any 80's born girl, an idol who never got given a chance! If anyone remembers this cute little Minnie movie then good for you, cause I'm the only one in my household who does, I'm just glad I've found it online and didn't daydream the whole thing! Hey, if you still have it on tape and hate it, send it to me!! I'd love to see it again, its fun!! hehe! :)
bubbles549 I used to watch this movie with my sister all the time!!! It was one of the best movies I have ever seen, and I wish I could find it somewhere on tape. I love it...and recommend it to anyone!!! It has everything anyone could want in a movie...Minnie Mouse and friends, plus Elton John! Great movie, and hilarious too.
Kate_Ashton I remember taping this show off of the TV in the 80's and watching it religiously! Who can beat Elton John doing a duet of "Dont' go breakin' my heart" with Minnie Mouse?? I have not yet found anyone else who remembers this special, but it is forever burned into my happy childhood memory!
