Develiker terrible... so disappointed.
GurlyIamBeach Instant Favorite.
Glucedee It's hard to see any effort in the film. There's no comedy to speak of, no real drama and, worst of all.
Kevin Liu what might have been a brilliant series of short clips on funnyjunk or youtube, this film (and i use the term loosely here) is a complete waste of your time. any laughs that can be found in this film are all condensed down into the 2 minute trailer. watching the full hour and a half film will leave you disappointed and with an awful taste in your mouth. while the movie is studded with very capable actors (steve zahn and jonah hill) the characters they play are entirely forgettable, the plot is utterly pointless, the gags are not only cheap but unfunny the majority of the time. seriously, your time is better spent just watching the shark scene from this movie on youtube for 187 minutes than the actual film.
Floated2 Strange wilderness is one of the worst movies I have witnessed to watch. The acting is awful, the direction is way off and the jokes went flat and were completely unfunny. Seeing the comedic talent from the cast, I was expecting something funny, along the lines of Superbad (though not as funny or good), accepted and somewhat grandma's boy. But this was by far worst then all of those films. The plot in this film is ridiculous. It's basically about a guy- Peter (Steve Zahn) trying to keep his father's dream of a televised animal program afloat, which has plummeted in the ratings. Peter come across a map to the home of Bigfoot. Seizing this opportunity, Peter and his crew (Allen Covert, Ashley Scott, Justin Long, Jonah Hill, Kevin Heffernan, Peter Dante) race to the wilds of South America to find Bigfoot, filming their substantial misadventures along the way. I didn't laugh at really anything, maybe a few of the voice overs from the video show (the shark one at the end was actually kinda funny), but apart from that everything else was just annoying, gross, disturbing and awful.
Jeff V Where to start? Unless you are stoned or so stupid you drool, this movie is one to skip. This movie makes Son of Mask and Dumb and Dumberer (the sequel), look like another "There's Something About Mary" or "Superbad". Bad acting; but probably just a bad script and poor direction, and predictable or unfunny/drawn out jokes make this tiresome to view. The jokes that had potential were killed by poor timing. Overall, one of the worst movies I've seen, and I even like bad movies (I own the other two I list above). I have to write this one more line to get to 10, otherwise this warning to the masses will never get out!
Lou i haven't found myself laughing at such stupid stuff in years. Then I couldn't stop because I knew it was so silly. Very good feeling. Quite crude but then that was expected.Pretty much down to earth as far as the plot goes there was nothing completely unbelievable or too out there. You know when you start laughing as a kid in class and you cant stop and this is usually because you know you should not be laughing in the first place so it gets worse? Well that is what it does to you. It starts the giggleloop! run for the tissues and the loo at the same time. the extra features on the DVD could do with a better or bigger gag reel or something as Im sure they must have had fun doing the flick.Even if the joke or visual gag was old they did it all quite well. The plot is basic, save the show, how they manage is quite a hoot.
