Gurlyndrobb While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.
Scotty Burke It is interesting even when nothing much happens, which is for most of its 3-hour running time. Read full review
ali-278-412957 Pointless ending, absolute waste of time. Too many loose ends, don't waste you time on this!!
coopersi-69657 We binge watched this and were somewhat intrigued until the final episode, at which time we felt completely ripped off. We had just wasted 6 hours.
alexm-64443 Not bad and watchable but it never lifts off. The writing and editing stink. Much of the dialogue doesn't work; many of the actors aren't believable. The lead detective and the chief of police behave more like primary school teachers. than cops. Most of the acting is stiff. The two lawyers get it right but that's about it. Again, if you're stuck at home on a cold and rainy night this series will be better than poke in the eye with a sharp stick but that's about it. BTW, Slidell, LA is a suburb of New Orleans with all the regular suburban stuff: traffic, tract homes, strip centers. What were they thinking? They weren't
Abfabbb I was anticipating the release of this series and was so disappointed that I did not bother to watch episode 3. The first episode is strange and bland. I believe the issue to be with the dialogue. It tries too hard to be witty, hip, campy and it falls totally flat. Sharon Stone overacts and cannot get out of ingenue mode yet we are looking at a middle-aged woman with a Joker smile oozing coyness and trying to seduce a younger man. It was weirdly repulsive and boring at the same time. The second issue was the scenes were very choppy---jumping from one to another without giving the viewer any information or sense of a plot. So we just watch Sharon Stone complain that she lost her ass and then writhe in bed over someone correctly analyzing that she is a lonely, menopausal woman. Her gay friend 's dialogue is an offense to all LGBTQ people. The one star is for the French bulldog pet and Sharon Stone's costumes.
