Reviews
Matrixston Wow! Such a good movie.
Ketrivie It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.
Cassandra Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
Fleur Actress is magnificent and exudes a hypnotic screen presence in this affecting drama.
Silitonga The director and also writer, Joe Swanberg, apparently did't catch his unique touch yet. I've seen a glimpse "Kissing on the Mouth" (2005) and full of this, I have to say it's actually almost the same project. It's really ashamed thought Mr. Swanberg have been working in film industry about ten years (as director, writer, or actor) but nothing I can't say except still work of amateur. Maybe because of low budget. I don't know, but low budget doesn't men bad movie too. Many proof of that.Back to movie. The part I hate so much is photography and cinematography. I have to say that even amateur porn still better that that. I almost kick my laptop because of that.About the story (STILL amateur porn have better story), Joe Swanberg as Sam, lead actor and also director of porn making movie falling to his lead porn actress. He felt jealous because the lead actress grown feeling to her co-star. That's it.The rest is waste of time. Boring, cause shooting location just in a house will pool. Just imagine watching a movie almost one and a half hours just in one location.
