Softwing Most undeservingly overhyped movie of all time??
Brendon Jones It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.
Yash Wade Close shines in drama with strong language, adult themes.
Beulah Bram A film of deceptively outspoken contemporary relevance, this is cinema at its most alert, alarming and alive.
Jim Hannaford (sp27343) Being a sexist guy, I find myself being surprised that I liked the show as much as I did. I never saw the spring '93 trial run of the show (was it CBS or ABC?) but I caught the syndicated run during '94-95 and was disheartened when it was not continued. Here's a show that puts three young women in basically a guys club. The stories were written with the gals being strong leads with a supporting cast of guys, Tim Thomerson and Joel Wyner (what ever happened to him?) in particular were excellent. The writing I felt was intelligent, and very relevant, and the brilliantly photographed Montreal (did they do any filming in Pittsburg?) made the show incredibly believable. I'd love to see the show run again so I can tape all (including the network episodes) the shows. Hopefully Lifetime or USA will run thru the show!!
jprice-4 Sirens was a very good cop show on ABC. It's about Pittsburgh Police officers serving their city.Until the show was canceled. I wish it will be back on a cable television network.A very good show.I give it *****.
Clever Jones This montreal t.v show demonstrates how talented we are at thinking up inventive shows. The female characters in this show are so strong and full of confidence that every man whimpers. Some shows are a little corny, but others are full of suspense and action. The performances are all superb. This is something to be proud of.
