Purely Joyful Movie!

There is just so much movie here. For some it may be too much. But in the same secretly sarcastic way most telemarketers say the phrase, the title of this one is particularly apt.

This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.

One of the few sitcoms out there where you are guaranteed to laugh for the majority of every episode! The writing and the acting (by all) makes this a non-stop laughing affair. Very few sitcoms offer such non stop humor. All actors were cast perfectly - another rarity. A very enjoyable show that deserves a 9/10 from me!

I watch this show at the bar occasionally, because the bartender leaves it on, but hardly ever at home. Basically, think of any mediocre sitcom, just with a bunch of fat people and stale jokes, and you basically have Mike and Molly. Is it the worst show I've seen? No, but certainly far from the best. There is nothing that stands out as memorable except obese people and their friends yapping about something that is about as funny as your daily conversation with the coworker you have to talk to coming out of a bathroom or something.I also find myself checking out one of the thick(but not huge) friends with a cute face and nice rack, but the rest is just blah. Is Mike a security guy, meter maid, or a regular cop? I think he is a real cop, but again, I'm so bored and disengaged I don't even know for sure. Anyway, as a cop, I'm surprised you could even be on the force and be that large. He looks like Jaba the Hutt with a hat on. This show is just the same old "Hey look, funny fat people with quirky stuff to say!!" I'll continue to watch it while drunk as a captive audience, but not on my own time regularly.

Before I start this review, I may let you guys know that this review might contain a few spoiler alerts, viewer discretion is advised.Mike & Molly is an American sitcom starring Billy Gardell & Melissa McCarthy. It first debuted in fall of 2010 on CBS. The basic plot of this is about a police officer Mike (Billy Gardell) and a elementary school teacher Molly (Melissa McCarthy) have met each other one time at a local coffee shop, then as the show progresses, two of them are actually trying to get together as a happy couple. Now let's see if I would recommend this show or not. Pros: - Good concept & presentation - Well-developed characters Cons: - Bad acting - Bad writing - Horrible humor - Unnecessary laugh track Overall, I'll give this show a big fat 3 out of 10 (Bad/Not Very Enjoyable). Too bad, this show has a nice potential, but in the end of the day, it became a boring & tedious show. If you want a good modern sitcom, try watching The Big Bang Theory, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, or Mom. Do not watch Mike & Molly unless you're a big fan of Melissa McCarthy.

Why would you ruin an excellent show? I enjoyed this show each week then suddenly Molly is a shrew who barks orders to everyone, dictates how things will be in a house that is not hers, has excessive fits, and what is with the falling all the time, and through it all Mike is telling her she is perfect, really? This is not funny and I no longer enjoy the show, and I am not alone, everyone I talk to says the same thing. The other characters in this show are great and I enjoy all of them. Can we please go back to the way things were when she was teaching, bringing home a paycheck, they were trying to have a baby, which she also made hard to watch by the way. Chuck you are ruining this show.
