Afouotos Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
TrueHello Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
Lollivan It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
Brendon Jones It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.
justforfunfacebook The guy with long hair, the black guy and the blond are my favorite characters. There fun and engaging. The others are great also but we all have our favorite's. Wish they would bring it back.
seiverson I've seen some of the ratings and they fall so short. For one, this show was based on a unique premise. The word "unique" is rare in TV show ratings. The characters were (are because I'm still watching it over and over again) so lovable, silly, fun, Poignant and smart. Great acting. Great writing. Great direction. Great stories. I don't care that there were some "wait-a-minute" moments, watching this show made me feel good. That's something so lacking in today's entertainment world. I just don't get ratings. Smart is definitely not the goal. The goal is to play to the lowest common denominator of the human race. I'm so saddened that this show was not extended. To all the characters of this show, "you deserved better"
blanche-2 I discovered Leverage late and am now watching it on Netflix and loving every minute of it.As others have mentioned, it is reminiscent of other shows, but that's true of a lot of series and films. This one reminds me of "Mission: Impossible" a little. I actually did not watch Burn Notice, The Equalizer, or A-Team. Someone else mentioned Banacek, but I thought the crimes and solutions on Banacek were much more elaborate.Timothy Hutton plays the leader of the team, Nate. Anyone who saw "Ordinary People" remembers his searing performance as a troubled youth. Here he plays, basically, the sane one, driven by a need for revenge against monolithic companies.Nate is driven by revenge, but the rest of the team is made up of quirky characters who are thieves. Most notable is Gina Bellman as an atrocious actress, Sophie, who, when it comes to doing a con, could win an Oscar. Joining her is Christian Kane as the rough, tough, and funny Elliot, Beth Riesgraf is Parker, driven by money, and Aldis Hodge is Alec the techno-Geek. They all come together for one job, but their work together becomes ongoing. All of their acting is terrific, and each character is unique. The show is well-produced, with plenty of humor, special effects, and not a lot of violence. It's very enjoyable. I just wish it were still producing new episodes.
cihat_kaya Love the diversity between the episode of a season in Leverage. It was remarkable to see improvement in the special effects , soundtrack , and story lines , missions getting much in-depth and complex with every new episode. It is a spectacular TV show even though the context of the story is pretty simple they made it fun to watch on existing therefore I must bear the grief I have of the end with just 77 Episodes such a successful TV show you would expect at least 100 episode before the end. I mean it could practically go on forever the way it was setup because there always are and will be bad guys. I don't understand how they missed the rating and therefore had no money to continue making the show because I did some research and as it turns out TNT did't want to stop with the TVs just that the casting director wanted to end it they said well thats fine by use we won't continue broadcasting future Seasoens
