Blucher One of the worst movies I've ever seen
Beystiman It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.
Connianatu How wonderful it is to see this fine actress carry a film and carry it so beautifully.
Deanna There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.
perseus71 This was originally created as a web series consisting of 10 minute episodes. Each episode had total of 5 minutes taken by the opening sequence and closing titles. Thus each had effective 5 minute story time which included "Previously on...."Why am I telling you this ? Well you see, the 10 such episodes of 10 minutes apiece are now combined into so called one season. There's two such seasons. The single biggest problem with that is, they have literally concatenated each episode. So every 5 minutes you see ending titles followed by opening sequence. Actual story time is about 20 minutes in each season. Now as to the story itself, well it's a cheap low budget take on the cult classic 2001 A space odyssey. With a shoestring budget and single set with 3 characters, let's just say the retelling isn't up to scratch. The acting is pathetic, plot gaps galore and you're expected to leave your brain at the door. To top it off, the CGI seems to be made by a 10 year old kid.All in all, I wish Amazon wouldn't give this crap the time of the day.
sdupadhye-204-272583 This is classified as a so called TV show with 2 Seasons, but really, It's like 2 episodes of total run time length of 30 minutes apiece.DO NOT be fooled by the misleading specs. This was actually published originally as web episodes of 5-10 minutes apiece. about 10 of them are clubbed together to make into one season of 40 minutes total. However, since the webepisodes are concatenated quite literally, you get interrupted every 5 minutes with the ending credits of the first webepisode and the opening sequence of the next webepisode. The actual content of the webepisode is effectively 5 minute long. Add to this, the fact that, each of the subsequent webepisode shows "Previously on ....." chewing up the effective 5 minute screen time. Now add to this, the fact that this thing used the EXACT same title including the spelling mistake of the much bigger TV Show https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1954347/?ref_=nv_sr_1 Perhaps deliberately or may be not. Both were created in 2012, so difficult to tell.As to the actual story, its utter nonsense low budget rendering of 2001 a space odyssey having the onboard computer gone rogue giving the humans on the ship amnesia. The budget is exceedingly low and it shows. Acting is horrendous and on screen chemistry is non-existent. The CGI quality is rather poor. The plot holes are extremely glaring and too numerous to bother listing here.
eadon-com The movie is fairly amateurish, and that's part of the charm. The story is fun and keeps you watching, even if it's basically nonsense. The plot holes are huge, for example, the woman is supposed to be a programmer, yet she seems indifferent and detached from the AI. No geek would ever be so. A real geek would be playing and interacting and analysing the thing like crazy, out of sheer fascination. But of course, this movie does not even pretend to be realistic, in that sense it's very much like a play at a theatre. With all the shower scenes, some nudity would have been nice, but never mind. It was a sweet movie and much more involving than Hollywood Sci Fi movies, which are bland and heartless these days. Except, of course for the hilarious Guardians of the Galaxy.
