    StunnaKrypto Self-important, over-dramatic, uninspired.
    BroadcastChic Excellent, a Must See
    TeenzTen An action-packed slog
Sanjeev Waters A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.
mtnbkrwmn what a surprise when Brooke Shield joined the cast. Her character is the perfect terrible person that I have despised. The show gave her a chip on her shoulder which carried throughout her character's time. she is the worst sort of an Air Force officer representative example that is not the norm. As well, the treatment of her child is not the norm. Air Force officers are not mentally abusive to their kids. Definitely made me not want to watch any episode with her in it.
PartialMovieViewer Army Wives is one of the funniest comedies on TV. How do I start? The cast is an excellent concoction of whimsical female comedians and veteran laugh-generating-writing machines (the authors). I honestly do not see how these guys can get anything done. Preparing for a show has to be a laugh a second. I know, if I was part of this superb team I would be chuckling so bad my fingers would never be able to hold onto a pencil long enough to finish a line. Let's face it these people are true comedic pros. Whenever these women are on, I curl up with a cup of 'funny coffee', (my special name for the coffee I drink during this show – ONLY), and from the beginning to the ending of each episode I laugh so hard, I can't even stand up straight. You know…giggles always affect me that way. Oh no – wait - oops!!! I was just told this show was not a comedy…well golly…talk about yanking the rails right out from under my caboose. In that case, I better pay closer attention to this show from here on out.
Jaimie Van De Moosdijk I love army wives, it's really weird to see the difference between countries. I live in the Netherlands and my boyfriend was in the military here. In the USA it's normal to live on the base while here it's normal that you sleep there but go home in the weekends. you don't have your own home just a room you need to share with somebody from the same group. Also i read everywhere and all the time how army wives really shows life on a army base as an army wife. I think it's really sad that every time you've just made friends and just starting to know everybody you have to move again. They also have similarities, there are people that live on the base here to, but because our country is so small it's not necessary (sorry for my bad English) you can drive threw my country within 3 hours, so why live on a base. I think, what i have seen from this realistic show, that living on a base brings the soldiers and there wives/girlfriends together, especially in times of war and deployment i think that is a plus in your country. This is the first show were i can feel and see that is't real. i want to give my respects to all of you. I don't know if i could do it, all tho, when the love is real you stand by your guy even if that means you have to give up some things you love, that earns respect! one last thing: I recommend this show, even if you are not an army wife, the story, drama and fun that's in it makes you fall in love with those woman every time you see them. With love and respect, Jaimie
Spaceygirl I simply cannot relate to this show. All the characters are universally unlikeable and the acting is really, really BAAAADDD! Kim Delany, ex CSI: Miami is a horrible actress, sounding as if she's reading directly from cue-cards. The actress who plays "Roxy" is terrible! Where did they find her????? I watched the premiere and struggled valiantly to find some-one to relate to, or something to like, but to no avail. You're better off watching "Desperate Housewives" if you want something with bite and interest. The story-lines are weak, soap-opera-ish and really, why should we, in South Africa, care about Army Wives in the US? Yawn. Double yawn.
