Reviews
Baseshment I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.
Ketrivie It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.
Kaydan Christian A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
Catherina If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
darlinas The Devil's Bride is the long awaited film version of the classic folk tale Baltaragio Malunas, by Kazys Boruta. Lithuania's most popular film and first movie musical, its catchy melodies combine traditional folk motifs with a rock-and- roll rhythm that dazzles and enchants. Spirited and emotional, The Devil's Bride tells the supernatural story of an impish devil who used to be an angel but got tired of singing Hosannah and so was condemned to live on earth. From his home in a windmill, he pursues love and happiness in a hilarious and sometimes tragic turmoil that affects the whole countryside.
