I gave this film a 9 out of 10, because it was exactly what I expected it to be.

There is just so much movie here. For some it may be too much. But in the same secretly sarcastic way most telemarketers say the phrase, the title of this one is particularly apt.

The best films of this genre always show a path and provide a takeaway for being a better person.

This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.

Nothing was worth watch in this yawning film other than manoj bajpayee. Arjun looks good as the action hero(he's got a good personality) but his presence is eaten away by the sore screenplay. Sonakshi- let's not talk about her.Okkadu starring Mahesh Babu, Bhoomika Chawla and Prakash Raj was an all-time blockbuster and cult movie for many reasons which was the reason I was excited to watch this movie. Unfortunately I couldn't catch it in the theatres because of the poor response and I few days ago I saw it on TV but it didn't even worth my time.People are comparing bang bang and brothers to their Hollywood versions and insulting them(which is true) so now I am going to compare it with few parts in the Telugu version to prove why this film was so bad. 1. Movie is about a kabaddi player so an important essence of the plot lies in kabaddi. In fact, the climax of all the south versions was in the kabaddi with the national kabaddi game as the pre-climax. But here there is only 1 kabaddi match that too in 'Rajinikanth' style!!!????2. There was very melodious song in all the south versions in the 2nd half in the moonlight with the charminar in the background and it is presented by the hero, his sister and their respective friends to make the actress feel happy. But here, that song is replaced by a senseless party song????There are many other reasons like this. But apart from these the major drawback is the screenplay of the film which is toooooooooooo boring and slow. Otherwise, just like for mahesh babu this film would have made arjun the next big thing in bollywood.

Tevar played on simple truths about corruption and righteousness. This movie refrained from indulgences and Bollywood glam. The humble towns depicted the dilapidated concrete infrastructure and resilient slums of areas under siege of corrupt politics and organized crime. There was insight into a growing sport, named Kabadi, since the local Kabadi hero was just someone doing the right thing at the right time selflessly. Selfless acts of kindness accumulated for the hometown hero, and the damsel in distress fell for him as he saved her from a gangster. Her brother was a member of media and fast on the gangster's trail. He died at the hands of the gangster along with a majority of the moral resistance to the gangster's proliferating corruption. Fear finally fell to love and respect as the few courageous patrons left in the city teamed together for helping the hero squash the gang.

There were only 3 saving grace in the movie. First, the song - Main toh Superman, Salman ka Fan; second, Arjun Kapoor - his comic timing, action, and dialog delivery all get a 5/5 from me; and third (also the best), Manoj Bajpai - he was the perfect villain in our cute little romantic-action movie, he did manage to bring the evil aura on the screen quiet fashionably. The only reason for below the average ranking is Sonakshi Sinha-I have nothing against her-but she spoiled the entire fun of the movie. I think its about time she quits the Rowdy Rathore-R for Rajkumar-Action Jackson-Tevar genre and start doing something where she can act besides from being the damsel in distress. So, yes, if you are looking for a way to kill time, watch this movie, although I am not sure if it would help, because honestly, in the end of the movie, I knew what was going to happen, and could not wait for them to get it over with.Kudos to the supporting cast of the movie, who actually did a fantastic job!
