The movie is wonderful and true, an act of love in all its contradictions and complexity

The story is cute. Candace is a pretty face as twin sisters... but that's it. She's not a very good actress - these roles were too complicated for her. Hey Hallmark! You might not want to use a real city in your story. Littleton is a suburb of Denvet - with a population of 50,000. That's NOT a small town ... in anyone's book.

The movie is not one of Candace's best. But considering the script she was working with.... it was ok. I wouldnt want to see the movie again, the premise about Candace playing twin sisters was a bit drab. there was no relationship between the sisters and the relationship between the father and the sister who chose to have a career in an advertising agency and the sister who chose to be a mother on the PTA and the committee for the winter pagent. I usually Like Candace Cameron's movies but not in this movie and the storyline was just boring.

I consider Alicia Witt as the Queen of Christmas movies. I have to say that Candace is close to getting that title with this movie. Both actresses have had one Christmas movie a year since 2013. Alicia had one great (A very Merry Mix-up), 2 excellent and 2 OK. Now Candace has 2 greats (the other is Christmas Detour) and 3 so-so (Let it Snow, Christmas Under Wraps and Journey Back to Christmas). I think Christmas Detour was better than this because of Paul Greene and Sarah Strange. This movie was all Candace playing both twin sister parts. She did an awesome job. It was great all the way through. The nature of the story made for constant conflict and change which made it exciting. The movie effectively played music during some scenes which otherwise could be boring. The two male leads were great and it was very apparent why each liked the sisters. I think it so unfair the two top reviewers (as I write this) give it a 1/10. Support Candace and lift up the good reviews.

This was very cute and it the typical Hallmark "end up in a small town and leave the wealthy fiancé for the local Everyman" Christmas movie. The concept of switching twins hasn't been done in Christmas movies that I've seen. My only complaint is that the movie was supposed to be set in Colorado but was so very clearly SLC instead of Denver with no good reason. And the character's references to towns in Colorado were off. They could have just set it in Salt Lake and it would have been fine. Not a big deal to everyone else in the country but very annoying to the Coloradans.
