Inclubabu Plot so thin, it passes unnoticed.
Grimossfer Clever and entertaining enough to recommend even to members of the 1%
Tayloriona Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
Billie Morin This movie feels like it was made purely to piss off people who want good shows
mcstamper Leftist will hate this movie. However, Conservatives will love it. Yes, it borders on the absurd. However, I found it to be very funny and insightful. It was an brilliant commentary on the impotence of society and the moral imperative to deal with the evil violent monsters who plague us. Every one of Miss Meadow's targets deserved what they got. This is Old West "Law and Order" justice and decency applied to the 21st century. Yes, vigilante retribution is illegal. However, it would be unnecessary and even unthinkable if our system were not failing. Today, with "Black Lives Matter" and "Antifa" working hard to emasculate law enforcement, vigilante action (i.e. self defense) may become the only option for decent people.
SuzannaSalvino The character idea of the movie sounded original.. type of a killer that you would not suspect or expect.. The story of the movie sounds like it is something not predictable Hollywood like. But unfortunately, it develops and ends exactly like other cliché Hollywood movies. The idea and the start could not fill any promises, could not continue to evolve into anything interesting. I would not recommend. It is not the worst movie out there for sure but really, it develops very predictable and ends similarly, almost wondering how could it end now and like this?!
Kris McCarthy I am not a fan of Katie Holmes as an actress. She has yet to be casted in a role that she can "pull off" until now. This role must have been written for her because I honestly can't think of another actress that could have pulled it off. She plays the perfect, proper psychopath. it was amazing how this film worked, it had the perfect blend of dark humor, sweetness, cute kids, crazy wardrobe and witty writing. It was almost a British comedy with the dark humor. I really liked it.The film was well casted, the writing was good, the wardrobe was awesomely hilarious, and I do believe it could probably have a sequel if done in the same manner. Pop some popcorn and give if a watch, you won't be disappointed. toodle loo.
movieweasel-43562 Not being a professional movie critic, I'm allowed to enjoy a movie just for its entertainment value. Miss Meadows didn't disappoint me as I was totally surprised with the direction this movie took. I fell in love with Miss Meadow's vintage attire, her impeccable manners, and poetic prose, but kept getting these uneasy feelings that she had something weird going on. Everyone loves her, and she handles herself so well and seems so fearless in scary situations that I wondered if she was an undercover secret agent or something. The movie reminded me a bit of "Matilda," but took a decidedly strange turn, much to my delight. I really enjoyed this movie, and without having any preconceived notions about it, I was really pleased!
