If "Frozen" is anything like this insipid, inane short, I want nothing to do with it. The characters, especially the snowman (Olaf, I presume) were grating and annoying, the music was unmemorable, and the plot was below preschool-level of intelligence. After seeing so many of Pixar's excellent shorts, especially "Bounding", this was horrific. Now I'm glad I never had to sit through "Frozen".

I am so surprised by all of the negative reviews as my daughter and I both really enjoyed this short film! I thought it was creative and funny and we both loved the music!

Elsa (Idina Menzel) and Anna (Kristen Bell) invite all of Arendelle and Olaf (Josh Gad) to a big Christmas celebration but everybody has to leave early for their own individual family traditions. The sisters are sadden by the lack of family traditions of their own. Olaf sets off to find the perfect tradition for the sisters.Disney didn't have the highest of expectations for Coco and I'm sure they thought a free twenty minute opening act would help sell it. The backlash is warranted but it doesn't automatically mean that this is a bad short. People are on a schedule especially with little kids. Free doesn't equal love since it costs people time. By itself, is this actually any good? It's not going to be added to any future must-see holiday specials list. On the other hand, there is nothing overtly bad. It's family friendly and about family in this family gathering season. There are new songs and fans would be perfectly happy. Just don't force people. Learn from U2.

About the only time I get around to writing a review on a movie is when I see the current reviews are so off base its ridiculous and this certainly fits the criteria! I wonder, did a major writer or producer get fired during the making of this short film that all their little followers decided to organize and write a grip of negative reviews of this short film, or is this simply just a coincidence where only the negative Nancys. decided to turn out and chime in?I thought this short film was hilariously funny, in good taste, and I loved it! Don't let the reviews be the deciding factor on whether or not you see this film, watch it anyways and I'm sure your review ill be more favorable then the ratings lead on.
