Jemima It's a movie as timely as it is provocative and amazingly, for much of its running time, it is weirdly funny.

Catherina If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.

Abdul Malik Operation 021 is an outstanding and spell bounding thriller leaving you at the edge of your seat till the end from a matured cinema whose audience is still immature. Everything is in place;cast,story,music and action.Like every thriller movie,it is little bit confusing in the start and some of you may feel bored but after the first half you start to understand the rhythm and mystery and it is the climax that leaves you speechless. To me the strongest areas of the movie were its dialogues and background score which accurately captured the soul of the movie. Problem with the movie is that it is in English and sometimes in Afghani language if i am not wrong.I would say people would have liked it more if it was in Urdu.Overall the movie is fantastic and if you like thriller this is exactly the movie you want to see.

Daniyal Raza Sheikh OK first of all. keeping in mind this was one of its kind "Pakistani" movie gives it a very distinctive place in my movie list. the production, post, score,direction, acting, story movie everything was flawless. Jami for his first movie has done wonders. i went alone to cinema to watch it because it was my kind of movie and i was not disappointed. the movie grips you only if you are ready to let the movie take you where it wants to take you. if you are waiting for some ak47 action than i suggest you do not watch this movie. but if you are waiting for a plot to unfold in its own time than this is the movie for you. it has everything that i can find in an internationally released movie. a must watch for movie lovers with a little bit of patience. 2 thumbs up.

Humair Alam i am not a so Called Critic or cinema lover but when i saw Operation 021 i see nothing but Truth , the Harsh truth Full of stings its not Entertaining because its not meant to ,it is a true story Humankind is facing for very long time , fight and kill innocent to Occupy Natural resources and unleash a War upon them to Distract them and steal what they wanted its not Perfect for Whom does not , can not Understand it but its Perfect for me there is Greed versus patriotism Good versus Evil Hatred versus love but if someone looking for item numbers or Cheap comedy they better look somewhere els coz it wont satisfy their appetite its not a typical masala movie its a movie made in generations by generation for generations if they just want to make money they can Surely go for Spicy movies but you can see their vision at their upcoming movies (Moor and Downward Dogs as well . at last i would like to appreciate the director Mr. jamshed Mehmood AKA Jami Azan Sami Khan Zeba Bakhtiar and whole team of Operation 021 to create a Masterpiece and giving a new Birth to Pakistani movie industry ,you Guys Brought Evolution and you deserve a very Huge round of applause

umair_ahsan2005 After watching the trailer i have made some expectation keeping WAAR (movie) in my mind. Frankly, movie wasn't at the level which was expected but yet very much watchable.. Story is revolving around an Afghan patriot (Ayub), a rouge Paki agent (Shan), and couple of CIA agents. Shan was again superb, Shamoon was as good as always, Ayub Khosa was again proving himself on big screen, direction was good as well. The draw back is the slow pace of the movie and some part of it i was confused whether its Pakistani movie or Afghani.. A decent effort but it could be much more definitely.I recommend to go cinema to watch a family thriller and promote Pakistani film industry. Its a decent effort after WAAR to keep industry alive..
