Reviews
Infamousta brilliant actors, brilliant editing
Senteur As somebody who had not heard any of this before, it became a curious phenomenon to sit and watch a film and slowly have the realities begin to click into place.
Jenna Walter The film may be flawed, but its message is not.
Marva It is an exhilarating, distressing, funny and profound film, with one of the more memorable film scores in years,
lukem-52760 New Blood is a GREAT friday sequel & a great supernatural Thriller in it's own right. This 1988 film has possibly the best looking Jason of the franchise!!! Jason looks like a half decomposed zombie with his spine showing & wet slimey ripped up clothes, looks Scary. Also a good performance by Lar parc Lincoln as Tina Shepard the troubled main character who has some kinda psychic powers & a great Hero to go up against Jason. All the other characters are just ok & are only there to be killed by Jason lol. NEW BLOOD is an exciting & supernatural Mystery with a dark gloomy Atmosphere & a good musical score, this is one of the best sequels it's great fun, exciting & really well directed.
Julian R. White Anyone else ever notice that Jason's pant cuffs look like someone snipped them up with scissors? Anyway, onto this movie. This one doesn't really focus on Jason as much as other films do. To me it's more like the movie Carrie. This girl has some kind pf psychic powers and somehow, accidentally brings Jason back to life. You know, you'd think after 57839209 people dead from Jason's hands, they would realize that he's impossible to kill, cut him up, burn the pieces and bury each little bit in different COUNTRIES to keep him from coming back, but no, idiotic humans at their finest. I mean, it's a decent horror movie but its almost as if its not part of the Friday the 13th series. I dunno, its worth the watch definitely but it kinda threw me off.
adonis98-743-186503 Years after Tommy Jarvis chained him underwater at Camp Crystal Lake, the dormant Jason Voorhees returns to the camp grounds when he is accidentally released from his prison by a telekinetic teenager. Friday the 13th Part VII is easily the best in the Series and showcasing truly sci-fi elements like a girl who is some sort of Carrie character was actually pretty cool (especially the ending). The film has it's flaws for sure with certain characters except the 2 leads but as a whole? It's definitely the best of the 7 and also has the coolest looking Jason!! (8.3/10)
D Rahul Raj Jsd It's night and today is Friday the 13th (May 2016), a special day for us horror fans, and I started my triple feature watching this seventh chapter, which is my fave in the series. I remember watching a few scenes from this movie when I was little. Then I started watching them when I was 13. I'm a huge Jason fan, and this sequel, along with part 8, was the hardest to find. They didn't have it in any of my local video stores. In 2011, I finally found it online. Friday the 13th, The Ultimate Collection, includes 8 films with tons of features. When I saw it for the first time, I was just amazed with the story line. Horror legend Kane Hodder, in his first performance as Jason, faces a teenager, Tina Shepard, who has telekinetic powers, played by the gorgeous Lar Park Lincoln. She's a magnificent actress and my no. 1 heroine in the series. Just simply incredible, the characters, and especially the climax, with awesome stunts by Kane, and I really love the frightening detail look they did for Jason!!! Love the entire franchise, but this one has something special about it, and that's the reason it's my fave.
