Cop Out Trailers

Detectives Jimmy and Paul, despite nine years as partners, can still sometimes seem like polar opposites—especially when Paul's unpredictable antics get them suspended without pay. Already strapped for cash and trying to pay for his daughter's wedding, Jimmy decides to sell a rare baseball card that's worth tens of thousands. Unfortunately, when the collector's shop is robbed and the card vanishes with the crook, Paul and Jimmy end up going rogue, tracking down the card and the drug ring behind its theft, all on their own time and without any backup—except for each other.

Reviews
Ploydsge just watch it!
SeeQuant Blending excellent reporting and strong storytelling, this is a disturbing film truly stranger than fiction
Tyreece Hulme One of the best movies of the year! Incredible from the beginning to the end.
Billy Ollie Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
samvelgasparyan It's dumb, feel good cop movie with bunch of funny characters. I just don't get this people who give low rating to best funny movies. You people just ask wayyy too much from this movies.
DBLurker From Trivia: "The screenplay was in the 2008 Black List (a list of the best unproduced screenplays)."Maybe "Black List" was blacklisted for a reason. The whole premise is shite, no idea why anyone would bother with this boring screenplay.Maybe it's the fact that no actor in this movie is actually funny. The try hard black guy, the wooden white guy or the boring brown people. Can't tell who was the worst.Wanna watch a funny buddy cop movie? Go watch "The Other Guys", which is hilarious and actors in it are actually funny. As for this mess, generic plot, boring movie, as funny as bashing your head against a wall.
victordelavieter Sure this is a movie about nothing. Sure people hate Bruce Willis for doing the same eye blinking thing zillions of times all over again. Sure Tracy Morgan acts like he's in a Disney promo movie. Sure Kevin Smith ruined his reputation as an indie filmmaker over this. But hey, don't we all watch the A-team and Axel Foley movies over and over again for that action comedy atmosphere? I felt a warm sense of nostalgia over this film. There is a bonus with Seann William Scott playing an unpredictable parkour artist. I read a father and a son had a good time laughing out loud, whatever the reviews. So did my wife and me. And hey. I happen to just like Bruce Willis doing the eye blinking thing every time over. In a world full of uncertainty, at least that's a thing we can count on.
SnoopyStyle Jimmy Monroe (Bruce Willis) and Paul Hodges (Tracy Morgan) are arguing NYPD partners in Brooklyn for 9 years. After a botched surveillance operation, they are suspended for a month by Captain Jack Romans without pay. Jimmy needs $48k for his daughter Ava (Michelle Trachtenberg)'s wedding. Stepfather Roy offers to pay and Jimmy takes offense. He tries to sell his valuable baseball card worth $83k but he is robbed by small time thieve Dave (Seann William Scott). Paul suspects his wife Debbie (Rashida Jones) is cheating on him with the next door neighbor Henry. It turns out that Dave sold the card to gang leader Poh Boy (Guillermo Díaz) who makes a deal with the guys to find his missing car.Tracy Morgan is going so wild that he's almost flailing for laughs. The chemistry with Willis never gets great but there are a couple of fun laughs. It's great to have Willis reference 'Die Hard' by claiming have never seen it. There are individual cute references and some funny moments but the overall sense is a mess of a buddy cop comedy. This could have been better with the talents involved. It feels like a comedy that is trying so hard that it falls flat.
