It is interesting even when nothing much happens, which is for most of its 3-hour running time. Read full review

It is an exhilarating, distressing, funny and profound film, with one of the more memorable film scores in years,
Sarita Rafferty
There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.

Mostly, the movie is committed to the value of a good time.

Wow, what were they thinking?! We're not even in the first minute of this 'show' when they make their first f**k up. Spider-Mans spider-sense goes off from Venom and Carnage. Did the idiot 'writers' of this show just forget that Peter's spider- sense doesn't register Venom and Carnage as a threat? The first 13 minutes of the episode one are great. It actually seems like a real Spider-Man show. Spider-Man fights Venom and Carnage on the side of a shuttle, saves a woman from a burning building in New York and even contemplates continuing as Spider-Man. It's good stuff. But then they go ahead and f**k it all up, when Spider-Man space travels to another alternate earth inhabited by humanoid animals and robots. Yeah I am not joking that is the plot for show. The themes are just f**king weird; space travel, alternate Earth's and humanoid animals are not f**king Spider-Man.The story is s**t, the robot and animal villains are generic and uninspired like something you'd expect from f**king Thunder-Cats or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, not Spider-Man.What did I like? well the music intro theme is awesome. I loved it. The animation is amazing, I was honestly surprised, watch it in HD 1080 I think you'll be too . It looked even better then its predecessor Spider-Man TAS. It's too bad everything is now in that s**ty CG style now.The voices are okay, J Jonah Jameson wasn't the best, he sounded like the poor mans version of Jameson from TAS. Rino Ramano killed it as Spider- Man. He was so good he even reprised his role in the two fantastic Playstation One games, too bad his voice talent was wasted on this heap of s**t.Bottom line: stay away, far away. The plot holes are deeper than the Mariana Trench. The story is pathetic, it is nowhere near even remotely related to Spider-Man and his 50 years of history. Watch it only for the intro, animation, Ramano's voice work and the cool nano-tech suit. Other than that stay the f**k away from it. Watch out of your own curiosity or risk...

I thought Spider-Man Unlimited was pretty neat especially with the brand new Spider-Man high-tech costume that not only has web-shooters but also has spider tracers, stealth mode and invisible mode and some other tricks up Spidey's new costume. This show continues where the 1994 Spider-Man cartoon left off in the two part pilot episode Worlds Apart. Where Jonah Jameson's son, John Jameson, was about to get on the shuttle to go discover a planet called Counter Earth which was his space mission. But once John Jameson's ship was about to launch Venom and Carnage were about to hijack the ship and Spider-Man tries to stop them! But then they end up on Counter Earth which is a planet where they have people that are half human and half beast controlled by The High Evolutionary! Spider-Man and John Jameson work together along with these other rebellious freedom fighters to fight The Knights of Wundagore and High Evolutionary! There is one things I was amazed my this show is that Green Goblin is one of the freedom fighters! When I saw that I asked myself why did Green Goblin turn good? But I thought it was cool anyway. I wish there was some computer animation in this one just like in the 1994 cartoon. But still the animation wasn't too bad. Plus I thought some of the voices and lines needed to be improved like I didn't like Green Goblin's voice in this series and Rino Romano as Spider-Man/Peter Parker was okay but he could have done a little better and all the others I think are just fine. The show deserved more then 13 episodes, it should of had the same number of episodes the 1994 Spider-Man cartoon had. This show was one of my favorite Fox Kids shows! I think that Karen O'Malley is hot! I remember in 1999 after 3 episodes when this show first came on, it got canceled due to the fact that it was having a tough battle against Kids WB's Pokemon. But then the show returned in late 2000 and re-aired the first three episodes of Season 1 and then continued to air the rest of the 10 of the 13 episodes that Fox Kids had ordered and then the show was left on a cliffhanger! Although the series ended on a cliffhanger, an outline for the second season of 13 episodes was created and 6 scripts were produced, but never animated. Further episodes of the series would have taken Spidey on solo adventures after he helped the rebels end the war with the High Evolutionary to restore peace to Counter Earth and then Spider-Man would have returned to Earth.User Rating: 8/10BOTTOM LINE: THIS SHOW DESERVED MORE THAN 1 SEASON!

This show is utter c**p, with a cliché storyline and without the best of spiderman: his duality and his moral decisions.Plus suddenly Venom and Carnage turned into ridiculous stooge-like idiots. And now they morph like the T-1000 does. Wow.

For the first time since the first "Spider-man" cartoon. Saban has actualy doen a seriers right. In this , Peter Parker/Spider-Man, finds himself traveling to alternate Earth to save a sapce traveler. Only to find himself caught up in a intersteller war. Great animation, and a decent story line power this Spidey saga,
