Spoonatects Am i the only one who thinks........Average?
Afouotos Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
FrogGlace In other words, this film is a surreal ride.
Kirandeep Yoder The joyful confection is coated in a sparkly gloss, bright enough to gleam from the darkest, most cynical corners.
kellybailey-23521 Why isn't Steve Gold listed as part of the cast? He's one of the show's primary focuses!
lwgoodrich House Hunters on steroids....I watch mostly to see the fabulous NYC condos and town homes on offer to the rich and overly particular (not that I blame them at these prices). Unfortunately, we don't see enough of the properties. Three sleek, polished young men who are top Manhattan realtors raking in millions, apparently still don't have enough and have sold themselves to the Bravo network for even more money. At least two have had acting experience, which is helpful to them, since nearly every scene is clearly scripted and probably has little to do with reality. The problem is, their "supporting players" - developers, brokers, clients, etc., do not have an acting background, making some of the scenes awkward at best. Others seem to relish the idea of hamming it up with gusto on television. There's plenty of drama, of course, as we are brought (reluctantly on my part) into the realtors' personal lives and relationships. This offers lots of opportunity for angst, manufactured and otherwise, and terribly moving moments of Self-Discovery and Self-Actualization....can we just get back to the five-million-dollar condos, please? I confess that despite my cynicism, I'm addicted to this show and its glowing tribute to narcissism. And yep, I'll be back for the new season when our three heroes return rested, freshly botoxed, and ready to perform for the cameras again. I recommend this show for those who enjoy this kind of thing - and know how to take it with a BIG grain of salt.
kendaljoe The show seems to have become progressively better over the seasons. I didn't like that Michael broker who was completely incompetent who was eventually ousted and replaced with Louis D. Ortiz who is a more interesting and inspiring character. Ryan is my favourite because he has a good sense of humour and is one of the leading in his professional field. Fredrik is far too self-obsessed and conceited which is frustrating to watch sometimes but one cannot deny that he is THE most successful broker in New York City. His book isn't worth reading though, as you can expect: it's all ME ME ME obviously. This show isn't for everyone though. I love property so I like to watch it for that reason I wish it had less reality TV focus on the brokers' lives and their personal drama that is unrelated to their professional careers but it draws you in to keep watching the show so it may be necessary for entertainment purposes. If you have no interest in the Real Estate world don't bother watching it because you won't enjoy it and in the end will give it bad reviews just because it isn't your cup of tea.
m-guman As for me, I hate reality shows and all the stuff related to that, but anyway, I really enjoyed this show. The truth is that personalities of this sickly rich, self centered people who care just about the money, luxury and their own well-being sickens me, (not mentioning their behaviour) however, it's interesting to see how does it work in that kind of "universe". I'm gonna give it ten because it really caught me and sucked me in, can't wait for the next episode. So if you're interested in what do 10 million apartments in New York look like and how can a guy earn an amount of your life savings in a minute, then go ahead and check it out.
