Caryl It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties. It's a feast for the eyes. But what really makes this dramedy work is the acting.

Andrew Jackson The show's original premise isn't bad, but the new host is now garbage.That's not the biggest problem though. The leftist agenda is. It's something out of a cultural Marxist's wet dream. The forced "diversity" of the contestants is obvious and too transparent. They (MTV) is clearly trying to push a political and cultural agenda.If I could give it 0 or 1 star, I would. Unfortunately the rating system here is an algorithm that devalues extremely low votes.

itchmm I like Ludicras, BUT not as a Fear Factor Host. Joe Rogan adds more excitement to the show's events :) I voted 10 for Joe Rogan as the show host. I like that ladies and gentlemen are involved as contestants. I trust that the show will not 'Kill" contestants with the challenges. It is interesting to see what contestants are willing to complete for a chance to win $50,000. I think the prizes should include all teams (maybe like $100,000.; $70,000.; and $50,000.).

bluebeauty-37005 I love Ludicrous being the host. It brings a new edge to Fear Factor. I loved the original one too, which I grew up on. Some of the challenges, I just don't know how people do it, but so far it's been great and very entertaining to watch! I say go ahead and give it a try... judge the show yourself!!!

atlasmb Since the original "Fear Factor" aired, many reality shows have incorporated some of the FF standards, like eating disgusting insects or scaling heights, into their challenges. As a result, some of these stunts may feel passe.But MTV has resurrected the show, starring Ludicrous as host.In the first round, four teams of two play "Beat the Beast" and face something creepy and crawly. After the losing team is eliminated, the remaining three teams play "Face Your Fear", where the stunts are tailored to the contestants' personal fears. Then the remaining two teams play "Final Fear".The first episode involves hissing cockroaches, claustrophobia, and a water-related stunt that is actually scary. The winning team wins $50,000.Not a show for everyone, but by now, everyone should know if it is for them.
