In this amusing antiwar comedy, seven inept and reluctant soldiers land on a desert island to carry on with the fighting. Just after their parachutes have collapsed behind them on the beach, helicopters approach and land nearby. Out pops a bevy of beautiful women sent to entertain the troops, which they do, and then they leave. From that point onward, there are a series of misadventures

Reviews
ManiakJiggy This is How Movies Should Be Made
Dirtylogy It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
Lidia Draper Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
Guillelmina The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
f_miha The movie is a traditional Balkan war parody. Which is supported by many of former Yugoslavia's best actors. Legends such as Bata Ziviojinovic, Ljubisa Samardzic, Biljana Ristic and Radko Polic, make this movie a need to watch. Although the storyline isn't done to a 100%, there are many dialogues that amuse even those who have been in the war the movie is about. Some may say that the writers and director may have overdone a bit with some humor scenes, all in all it is still one of the best movies of the ending Yugoslav era. The idea that people are selected to battle for a country even if they aren't it's citizens is quite a sad thing, while here it's made to be a big joke. And not even knowing against who you fight are just some elements that make it a laughing movie. My personal top 20 so I give it a 9 (maybe over graded).
