Matcollis This Movie Can Only Be Described With One Word.
Actuakers One of my all time favorites.
Marva It is an exhilarating, distressing, funny and profound film, with one of the more memorable film scores in years,
Winifred The movie is made so realistic it has a lot of that WoW feeling at the right moments and never tooo over the top. the suspense is done so well and the emotion is felt. Very well put together with the music and all.
Karl Self The movie deals with one of Germany's most notorious and controversial crime cases, so it is obviously difficult for me to comment on the movie's most crucial point, its veracity. Nevertheless I had the impression of a truthful, unpretentious, and extremely well made piece of film making, which is all the more laudable since it was "only" made for television. "Der Fall Vera Brühne" proves that there can be world - class cinema from Germany if film makers drop their pretensions and world - market aspirations and concentrate on their craft.
