Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.

Close shines in drama with strong language, adult themes.

Adam Sandler's Jack and Jill is a joke. A gag. Sandler has sunk to his absolute lowest, playing both Jack and Jill poorly. Both main characters are not only unlikable, but also Adam Sandler. It made us want to rip our eyes out just to end the film. The Jared joke aged incredibly poorly, especially with the child audience that this film shoots for. I am embarrassed not only for Adam Sandler, but also every single member on this production. They should all be ashamed of what they created, as well as curious as to why they would even release this. It almost seems like a practical gag and yet no one is laughing or winning in the joke. Al Pacino probably plays his worst role ever, and he plays himself just like every other actor in this movie. INCLUDING David Spade. However, David Spade not only had nice tits but also a killer belly button ring. He was hotter than Rob Schneider in Hot Chick. In conclusion, Happy Madison has disappointed us yet again. I'm questioning why we keep giving Adam so many god damn chances to redeem his name, when it is clearly not ever going to work. Except for maybe in Pixels?

Well, when I watched Jack and Jill the first time.. it was strange to me and it was cringe worthy but then I found my self laugh at some parts and can't believe that Adam Sandler would make of it a real comedy movie.. it is absolutely a real silly comedy movie just wrapped so it holds a meaning at the end.It hold exaggerated variety of characters that you "may" laugh at their actions, you will see big and well known names act in this movie in weird parts but still I didn't fell I wasted my time. This movie just to be rented for a laugh at silly things happen! .. there are so many parody movies that they are supposed to be funny but they could not pull a smile from me more than this one (which is not basically a parody movie!).

I LOVE this movie! I love all the movies Adam Sandler has done. I think this movie has some very clever dialogue. And Adam Sandler playing his twin sister is hilarious. If you're looking for a light hearted comedy with no swearing, this is appropriate for the entire family!

I've watched this time and time again. It's a warm comedy and keeps me in stitches every time.
That Al Pacino is in here as a love struck suitor of Adam's Jill character shows he doesn't take himself too seriously and he plays it with great humour. Gawky Jill might be annoying to some, but for me I love it that she's such a warm hearted character while her brother Jack is a stiffy.
Such a shame so many hate it.
