A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.

The USA sends a manned space ship to the moon (after 50 years) in order to promote their president in the upcoming elections but what they find is absolutely staggering: a Nazi base. They have settled on the moon 70 years ago planning to attack and conquer earth in the future (I have no idea why). Doomsday has arrived!I don't know how to begin...This movie is a joke, and I really mean it. It's stupid from the beginning to the end, presenting a stupid story a stupid course of events and of course, a stupid finale. I mean, if Nazis could build spaceships and a real base on the moon 50 years ago, why did they bother and instead attack Earth then? It would have been much, much easier! But that's not the point. Its plot is so dumb and made in such way that it will literally make you laugh. You can rapidly tell that it wasn't meant to be anything even close to an ordinary movie. It's pure comedy disguised as an action film! The characters play stupid roles but are very well interpreted by the actors thus creating a great atmosphere. And to make it even better, it looks gorgeous! From the scenery to the special effect, simply great! I've been waiting for a very long time for such a movie and thank God it appeared!

To start with ... i found that movie to be entertaining. I never felt bored - or regretted watching it.It is a comedy/satire but not as blunt (as in Saturday Night Live blunt) .. but sometimes more subtle (however - subtle in that context still means pretty much "in your face!")Considering the low budget (actually i did not check the budget - i just assume) - it pulls off quite a high production value in terms of visuals as well as acting. The story itself is ridiculous and funny .. and the movie knows it. 7/10 for a good time watching that movie ... 9/10 if you are drunk.

I wasn't expecting to enjoy this film as much as I did, it was smarter than I anticipated, not with what they put in but what they left out: over-elaborate explanations of anything.A great advertisement for different countries collaborating on a film, it lacked propaganda and political correctness that seems to poison most Hollywood films these days, especially ones with subject matter like this movie. It lacked a little polish, obviously from budget restraints, but it was executed perfectly!I'm looking forward to the sequel in 2017. I'm amazed I hadn't even heard of this movie until the weekend just gone, 4 years after release. Ironically I heard about it from a friend who downloaded it illegally, which I also did, but I will purchase a legitimate copy on Bluray ASAP!

Damn good fun movie. Much silliness. Full of plot holes, but those holes match the genre well and can (and should) be ignored. There's a few items of silliness, a lot of ridiculousness, and a good fun poke at several of the tropes of the style. The 'zeppelins' are, of course, a staple, and a well-done version of the trope. The small ships are appropriately menacing, with the iconic 88mm long gun. We'll ignore where the propellant's from....The Tardis was an interesting addition.Watch it, support and get the second one.
