Mr. Clean (Harry Reems) is a police detective who heads a special task force of the vice squad. Clean's by-the-book attitude makes him none too popular with his underlings, so they try to fake a sex scandal that will cause him to be fired from the force.

Reviews
Konterr Brilliant and touching
Kaydan Christian A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
Ella-May O'Brien Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.
Zlatica One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
videorama-759-859391 Known alternatively here as Undercover cops, as also Hot Dog cops, no you're not mistaken, that's Harry (Deep Throat) Reems, newly heading what is the worst vice squad, in the history of worse vice squads. Here's another of those films, which misfires on many cylinders. The film, which has you in a kind of awe, to what the hell was going on here, is played as a straight comedy, where the having a couple of porn stars, in it, might boost the morale, but it does little. Reems though, as the strict, pain in the arse, by the book no nonsense cop, is very good, and he partly makes the film, worth it's watch. There are some smart gags, but they are just not funny, as is the rest of the film, where scene after scene, is a let down in this department. There are some hot moments, nudity, black lingerie, but as an intended comedy, this one was just a total misfire. But no way, am I saying it's not worth viewing, especially if you like to see some little sexual goings on, as well as a couple of porn stars, who do prove they can act as well. At least the film, has a nice ending.
Martyn Demers This is a nice but a little disgust movie who passed to TV to CFCF Channel 12 Montreal in early 80's. Get away to children & sensitive people,it is a accurate movie.Gilles Latullipe excellent into the man who wear raincoat afraid women as an exhibitionist offender. In becomes sad when everybody discover his secret hobby. One scene are filmed located in Big O Olympic Stadium during Expos baseball game. Daniel Pilon try to attempt the raincoat man there with his helper.p.s. Daniel Pilon even to himself, very good.
haildevilman This movie should not be taken seriously at all. That's what makes it so bad it's funny. Just crack a beer, check your brain, and hope you're not one of those sensitive types. Then you'll have a blast with this one. Sure it's dirty and raunchy. But that's the point. This flick will bring out the "Beavis and Butt-head" in all of us. The best character was the fake armless man trying to get women to put their hand in his pocket. I'm sure that running joke doesn't need elaboration. I saw this on cable some years ago and laughed myself into a hernia. Men might enjoy it more than women though. This is clearly not a date film. Lots of nudity, innuendo, dirty (and I mean DIRTY) jokes, and sexual candor. But we're all adults here, right?
William Harry Reems, the king of 70's porn stars as a Captain who head a vice division in Canada. All his Vice cops hates his guts so they hire a lady to frame him into retirement. Very unfunny comedy with surprising good funny performance by Reems. Reems who admitted to being "out of it" in most of his films in his later career, seems to be having fun giving a great performance. I think Reems might have been successful making a transition to more non-"X" rated roles, but retired and went on to real estate in the 90's. The film is pretty low on nudity, and filled with bad canadian humor. Ex-Canadian leading man Daniel Pilon also stars. Debut on America on cable in 83 minutes version as COPS AND OTHER LOVERS.
