Dan Frazier is a U. S. Border Patrolman on the California-Mexico border whose hot temper and ready-fists keep him in trouble, both of which indirectly lead to the death of a fellow trooper. He resigns from the force in order to find out who was responsible. He believes it was a gang of smugglers, engaged in smuggling illegal aliens into the United States from Mexico, and in order to get inside the gang he fakes smuggling activities.

Reviews
Diagonaldi Very well executed
Redwarmin This movie is the proof that the world is becoming a sick and dumb place
Asad Almond A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.
Roxie The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
GUENOT PHILIPPE John H Auer made many movies still hard to find. Check on IMDb and you'll be surprised by all the items not commented - yet...This one makes no exception. I got it from a 16mm print, quite good; I never argue about print quality. It's a rare gem and we are supposed to accept it as it is. Period.The topic has already been told above. Really nothing exceptional here, a mix up of comedy, crime, a scheme very usual in those days, late thirties, early forties. I am not in love with this kind of stuff. It is sometimes painful for me to support the viewings. But, as I usually say, those films are not charmless. There will always be movie buffs to purchase them. And this is a good thing. Those nearly lost gems deserve to be discovered. Everything else remains only my own opinion.
