Dragon Yuen, a Hong Kong cop, comes to New Jack City to take his revenge from the powerful criminal John Rickman. With the help from his friend inspector John Campbell, he sets out to track down Rickman and put an end to his criminal activities.

A lot of perfectly good film show their cards early, establish a unique premise and let the audience explore a topic at a leisurely pace, without much in terms of surprise. this film is not one of those films.
