Reviews
Abbigail Bush what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
Calum Hutton It's a good bad... and worth a popcorn matinée. While it's easy to lament what could have been...
Kaydan Christian A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
Tobias Burrows It's easily one of the freshest, sharpest and most enjoyable films of this year.
stensson The genre is a little tired and has been so for long. Somebody, mostly a man because it's more funny, is from certain circumstances forced to be a woman for a while. He's always afraid of being cached, of having his charade gone wrong. This is what happens also in Swedish movie "Cockpit". The dialog is rather funny and Jonas Karlsson is good as the man, but not that good as a woman. He wouldn't fool anybody in real life. The message is clear. Humans are more important than gender. It could have been all right, if it wasn't for these rather clumsy portraits of journalists, feminists and employer monsters.
