Charles' Aunt Trailers

Charles and Peter have passed their law degree and are looking forward to wooing a few girls in the country. For that, they need a chaperone and persuade their fellow student Ditlev to play Charles's aunt from Brazil. Ditlev has a talent for acting and takes the role very seriously, but when Charles's real aunt turns up, things get complicated.

Reviews
Tobias Burrows It's easily one of the freshest, sharpest and most enjoyable films of this year.
Guillelmina The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
Celia A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
Haven Kaycee It is encouraging that the film ends so strongly.Otherwise, it wouldn't have been a particularly memorable film
faust1og2 Great film this, a danish classic. Perfect balance of poetic romance scenes, including full moon walks, swan statues, parks, moonlight sonatas, beautiful women, grumpy old uncles… everything.Hilarious comedy from Dirch Passer, of course, but this is not solely a Passer flick. Legendary Ove Sprogøe plays Charles. Mr. charming and dead to early Ebbe Langberg is Peter, and they both want to marry Susse Wold and Ghita Nørby. Here is also a great performance from Holger Juul Hansen whom we love so much in the series «Matador» and «Riget» (Lars von Triers «The Kingdom»).A must see!
