Reviews
ChanFamous I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.
Iseerphia All that we are seeing on the screen is happening with real people, real action sequences in the background, forcing the eye to watch as if we were there.
Roy Hart If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
Payno I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
TheLittleSongbird While none are favourites of mine, I do like the output of Burbank Animation Studios, even with the limitations some of them have. This Ali Baba does have some rather stiff character animation, dialogue that comes across as corny and some of the voice acting is rather clichéd and lacking in subtlety. However, the backgrounds are suitably colourful, the story sticks generally in spirit to the original story and is engaging especially for the main target audience and the music is pleasant and dynamic with what is going on. The characters are not as compelling as they are in the story but are likable enough here.Overall, there has been better from Burbank, such as The Count of Monte Cristo, Hansel and Gretel and Hans and the Silver Skates, but it is still very watchable. 7/10 Bethany Cox
