Reviews
Afouotos Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
Kodie Bird True to its essence, the characters remain on the same line and manage to entertain the viewer, each highlighting their own distinctive qualities or touches.
Erica Derrick By the time the dramatic fireworks start popping off, each one feels earned.
Payno I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
EasternMafia Touchy movie -i will no to say maximum movie, but very touchy to cry with it. beginning is the ordinary but after ''wish to not stop''. To found movie like this to watch in DVD store it will take you a two decades. this movie is for broadband presentation, me watching a white/black/latino gun American movies has become ''forward'' option on remote controller - nothing going on. Same concept and not funny any more! I do not how the other nations can get this movies, but if i can get English movies, I guess you can get our movies?!Only thing I did not like in this movie is TITLE, it is about the bullet target but I would prefer it like brotherhood.
shootingchamp I've seen this movie at its premiere in my town. It's a movie about two brothers, both talented and interesting in sport shooting. The older one - Igor is an ex world champion, but during the war in 1992 he exchanged his air rifle with a sniper and became a drug addict. His little brother - Sasa is a 19-year-old who can't stand watching his brother being humiliated and tortured by local mafiosos and drug dealers and he himself takes a sniper. The movie is really a story that shows strong emotions, such as love and hate. The emotions strong enough to make a child become a murderer. There were a few things that aren't so true. For example, shooting clubs in Belgrade, Yugoslavia aren't private property, and cannot be sold just like that. Especially the Shooting Club "Milicionar-Krcun", the one Sasa shoots for. Also, Sasa looks like a real champ when he's holding his rifle, but look at him when he's targeting. His rifle is moving enough to miss the whole target. This may sound ridiculous, but in the distance of 10m even a move of half a milimeter means a nine on the target. The 1mm could even be an eight. Off course these things aren't important at all and I'm sure that no one will even notice them. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give this movie a 9.
mweston This film is about a family of marksmen. The father was famous, and the older brother (who reminded me of David Spade) was a world champion in his day, but has become a junkie since the war. The younger brother (who reminded me a bit of Wes Bentley) is training for a big tournament, but external events such as his brother selling the shooting range are making this increasingly difficult. This is a film with a very energetic style, including pounding music and an injection scene that reminded me a bit of "Requiem for a Dream," but it didn't connect for me. Seen at Cinequest (the San Jose, CA film festival) on 2/28/2002.
ricky011 Sasa Gordic is one of the best shooters there is, but he has a few problems. He has a brother who is a junkie, and a former shooting champion, a girlfriend to which he just can't talk with, and a problem with the new owner of the shooting range, who is a mafioso, and who doesn't care for his needs. Troubled with all that, he snaps, and starts killing everybody who seems to be "the problem".Vuk Kostic (Sasa Gordic) is a bright young man with a visible talent for acting, which has not yet developed completely, but his future as an actor is bound to be at least fair, if not better.Srdjan Todorovic (Igor Gordic) is a well-known member of the serbian actors elite, who didn't miss the opportunity to, once again prove that he is a fine actor who can "do" almost anything. Here, he is a junkie, who cannot live with himself, attempts suicide, and succedes in the end of the film. This is a very good film, with a plenty action scenes of Sasa killing his adversaries, and a good story of a youth that almost got spent. In one word: GOOD.
