Gutsycurene Fanciful, disturbing, and wildly original, it announces the arrival of a fresh, bold voice in American cinema.
StyleSk8r At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.
InformationRap This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
Sarita Rafferty There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.
labbysexy-544-183001 Like most sitcoms, it takes some time to eventually get into it. I do not really have the patience of watching sitcoms until they are so many episodes in and then watch to catch up and get better understanding. As for those giving it a bad review, same could be said of every other sitcom on television. Everything does not and should not have a "microwave" solution to it. Story lines take time to come together and expecting any show to be a hit from the jump is unrealistic unless obviously, you are a child liking everything sweet from the start. It is beginning to come together and for this reason, I have given it an 8.
Taleeyah Daniels I really, really, really tried to like this show, but after this week I'm done. Valente's constant sexual overtures to the Miguel Maldonado is not funny, it is straight up sexual harassment. Those sexual innuendo's are corny and not needed. Why does my sister have to look so desperate to get married? Who plans a wedding without a mate? That is not funny, that is pitiful. She is so desperate she goes into competition with Valente? Who does that? This show needs to be canceled before Brandy losses her credibility as a great singing artist. I feel like I'm watching Moesha all grown up. I really wanted to like this show to support one of my favorite singers of all time, but this show is completely awful. And not even knowing nothing about how the season ends, I already know Zoe is going to end up with Miguel Maldonado. I see this a million miles away.I still love Brandy as a singer--always. Any album Brandy does is already bought by me.
Dr_Sagan Ex-singer Brandy Norwood stars in this unfunny, full of clichés comedy with fake laugh track about the adventures of a recently divorced African-American woman with a kid.She is not struggling or anything, neither tries to "balance" her life between her job, her family etc. She just dates men based on how they look and she can equally dispose them (if for instance watch them in their building's door camera picking their nose) saying "Hell No!" bombarded by the heavy fake laugh track. After I watched 3 episodes of this I'm pretty sure there is no hope for it. In the ending of the pilot episode a pigeon drops its poo on the head of Brandy. I think this is exactly what the audience (if any) should do too...
nobarings OK there should be a rule drunk or otherwise inebriated people should not be allowed to vote. How in the hell did this show get a score of 5.7/10.And Pej Vahdat with an Indian accent didn't anyone recognize him from BONES? how did that happened ? RACIST much ? and only because you keep playing a recording of laughter, inappropriately i.e. every instance you can hoping for a laughter doesn't make it funny. Boring stereotypical racism Black and Indian is not funny. Not all Black people are loud and flashy and not all Indians have a "funny" accent.According to Wiki the Pilot had 0.851 (million views) while the second episode had 0.644 (million views) an obvious downtrend of 0.2 (million) and boy am I glad to be a part on the 0.2 , lol. 2/10 waste of time swipe left please.
