    StunnaKrypto Self-important, over-dramatic, uninspired.
Tedfoldol everything you have heard about this movie is true.
PiraBit if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Ogosmith Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.
heartlacey I love this show I remember being like 4 and my parents buying me the tapes I was little mermaid obsessed I think my favorite episode was with the creepy cave monster ha ha really all of the old school Disney cartoons with characters from the movies/well known characters were pretty amazing its too bad that the only way to see them is to go get a boxed set or stay up until 2am. The Disney channel lineup does nothing but repeat they should pull some of this stuff out for the regular line up no one needs to see the same episode of Phil of the future 3 times a day. Its too bad they don't make anything really good anymore the Disney golden age is definitely over both in movies and TV nowadays its constant reruns and Pixar...quality animation please.
roxygirlblue01 "The Little Mermaid" is a magical tale. A healthy story to the child's spirit. Many have seen it but the new generation must see it. It's a magical story that fills the children's soul with fantasy and creativity. I think all children should see it at a young age. This Disney classic will win the heart your son/daughter/niece/nephew etc. I really encourage families to see it. Think of it as chicken soup for the children's soul. If you've ever heard of those books. It's a classic that you will never forget. A Magical tale that will light up you Shields face(s) I hope that this movie will make you children happy and joyful to the bone. Enjoy.
Seth Nelson Disney's outstanding reputation of producing the best in children's entertainment continued into 1992 with "The Little Mermaid," and this show is based on the 1989 theatrical animated film. Unlike other shows like "TaleSpin," which would borrow a few characters from the Disney films, this was the first to use all of the characters from the film; something that would become a new practice for the "good old Disney cartoon shows."This was a cute show; it was friendly, especially for the little ones!!!!! This not only played on local television but this ended up on the Old Disney Channel in the mid to late 90s along with the other little children's shows."The Little Mermaid" was not just a great series; it opened up the door to a new way of making Disney shows!!!!!10 stars
Lho3323370 No Wonder this show is on Playhouse Disney it is educational. Ariel and her sister Arista never seem to get along. Triton must combat the bad guys with his magic trident to save his daughter. Sebastin is still the babysitter of Airel. Flounder is a coward. Ursula still has her two pet eels Flotsam and Jetsam. My grandmother and I used to watch videos of this series when I was 3 years old my sister used to watch this with me too. Sebastin is hilarious.
