Tells a fascinating and unsettling true story, and does so well, without pretending to have all the answers.

i had a blast making fun of the horrible unsubtle acting, horrible dialog and unrealistic characters to the point of it being absurd. The characters lack of care to the point of extreme ignorance or idiocy in the conclusions of the characters who do care is insane. the main character is a sociopath, the roommate blames random people with reason and no other character besides the antagonists appear like they will affect the plot at all. the bad guys just the bad guy. the plot wont be more than "was it you, NOPE" even though its too obvious who it is. i cared none for a missing character with one line being kidnapped by an idiot who doesn't think his evil plan far enough to clear out her possessions. everyone are bipolar to the point there is no fluency, although that appears to be the acting more so than the writing. acting that cant even crack tears or have a tone that's either none or slightly over the top. fricking hilarious every time i predicted what will happen which happens way too much for a mystery.

House of Anubis. One word...amazing! I love a good mystery and each new episode I can't wait because the story has unexpected twists. It is a good show to watch alone, so basically an independent, thrilling, romance, comedy. I end up in my chair on the edge laughing with a stunned face (for romance), and shaking all at the same time. If you miss an episode, you can always watch it again on the internet because you want to know what happens. Great acting, great stories, great laughs, great watching, but most of all, it is definitely a great, great, great unraveling mystery. Watch Nickelodeon's show House of Anubis.

When I first heard that for the first time on American TV that this new show called "House of Anubis" was coming out on Nickelodeon, they didn't give much info and my reaction was "sooo...." but when I started watching it I became fascinated the drama, the romance, the treasure hunting, the betrayal, the hilarious comedy the great actors (both British and American), and the ancient Egyptian information!!!I can declare House of Anubis is irresistible to anyone that watches it and is appropriate for all ages. Not too immature but not too mature. I love the love triangle between Nina, Fabian, and Joy, how Joy feels left out, how Nina can't stand her and how Fabian still has feelings for Nina but Joy is constantly getting in the way! And, I personally think Amber still has feelings for Alfie, and the relationship between Patricia and Eddie is kind of a roller-coaster but what relationship isn't? I also think Jerome and Mara should get together, it would be good for Jerome considering what he's going through. I hope theirs a season 3!!! Love it!

Following the series and now up to episode 15 "House of Hazards & House of Charades".This starts out with a girl Nina arriving at a English boarding school and is assigned to the "House of Anubis" to live in. Instantly she is disliked by Patricia who thinks that Nina has something to do with the sudden disappearance of her closest friend Joy. As Nina is walking to class her first morning she bumps into this dazed old woman who seems to have two names. Nina helps "Sarah" back to the old folks home and while there Sarah seems to recognize Nina and gives her an amulet telling her to keep it a secret and gives her warnings that make everything seem very dangerous and scary. With the use of the amulet Nina starts to stumble on secrets of the house. Sarah's family once owned the house and traveled often to Egypt stealing many artifacts and bringing them back. But it seems these artifacts have mystical powers. Nina enlists the help of house members to aid her in solving the mysteries and eventually befriending Patricia. There are dangers at every twist and turn. Each episode ends in a cliffhanger making it impossible for the viewer to miss what will happen next.So far it appears that there is an elixir of life that the creepy caretaker Victor is also the leader of a group of people, most who appear to have been the same age since the 1920's. The children even discover old photos of Victor proving that he is much much older than he appears. Even the elderly woman Sarah seems to have been a part of it and gives Nina clues as to Victor and the others tipping the scales of life. The children take some of that they believe to be the elixir but when Alfie accidentally drinks some of it, it lands him in the hospital not able to remember what put him in shock in the first place before he drank the elixir. But we know that he was trapped in the basement and while there saw Victor and his friends forming their group to ready themselves for the appointed time where they need to make more elixir and it has something to do with Joy being the appointed one. Strange...and very mysterious happenings.Victor discovers the group of children are searching the house for the artifacts he and his creepy group are also in need of. So Victor starts watching their every move so he can learn what the children are up to and what they have found. The children have found plenty that Victor doesn't know about.I believe that they have picked the wrong chosen one when they picked Joy because the amulet that Nina was given has powers to open hidden panels and books but only Nina has the power to use it. The others try to use it but it does nothing. Only when Nina holds it does it have the power to open these hidden areas and treasurers.I'll attempt to come back and update it but for now this should give you enough of a tease to want to watch every episode. Even though you've missed them, you can watch every episode at http://www.nick.com/shows/house-of-anubis This series is not to be missed. It's the first original series from Nickelodeon since 2001. Filming started in the UK and oddly enough is seen in the US before it will be shown in the UK.
