alley-20637 A small town was fine with white folks in the original now they seem under pressure to add immigrants in every scene on top of that it is not that funny anymore .I tried to like it but the forced diversity turned me off, Brent Butt stopped the original show way to early should have gone 5 more seasons.

crispin_13 I had reservations about revisiting one of my favourite casts of characters. Corner Gas-the original series-is one of the best series to come out of Canada and I was afraid that an animated attempt four years later would be nothing but a chase grab. I was afraid they would ruin it. Corner Gas Animated lives up to the standard of writing that we have come to expect from Butt and his team. It's a lot of fun and I am grateful to have them back! Janet Wright is missed, but Emma LeRoy is well-played by Wright's friend, Corrine Koslo, and it still feels like family.

trevorbouvierdc Huge fan of the original. This one falls short from the magic of the original series. It was said the reason they moved to a animated format, was to write/pulloff jokes without limitations. But ultimately there are no jokes that really couldn't have been performed in the live action format.I wish they would have put all the time and effort they put into this style, and just revamped the classic live-action
