Dynamixor The performances transcend the film's tropes, grounding it in characters that feel more complete than this subgenre often produces.
PiraBit if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Payno I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
rover4513-795-336909 Max Irons is as good as his father, this series keeps you so much interested and hooked, sincerely hoping for a second season.
Harry Harison Previously we had a propaganda push that every suspicious person should be arrested, and for a good measure waterboarded. In this show they stooped even below that - every suspicious person should be shot on sight. Nazis would be proud!Oh, and main character should hook up with every girl, because thats what "the real men should do", right? First episode was enough and I'm out.
russell_k_95 REVIEW FOR SEASON 1 - Have you ever seen people describe books as being 'unputdownable'? Majority of the time i've found that to be a lie, and that the book hasnt lived up to that label. Condor, however, does live up to that label. Its a fast paced thriller that left me wanting to watch more at the end of every episode, in certain episodes i got minor Bourne series vibes just because of how well directed and thought out the series is. Full of espionage and spy thrilling drama, i'd put it up there with Altered Carbon for series of the year, and i watch a LOT of new series each year.
Mr. Jones Like the film, a mid-level CIA analyst, stumbles into the deepest reaches of dark operations, which results in all of his co-workers being killed. Not only is he on the run, but his boss, is convinced that someone in the CIA has to be responsible. So, there are endless conspiracies and the villains are a bit on the nose. It isn't turn off your brain dumb, but it isn't gritty realism either. Although the show looks very slick, especially in the beginning, the script towards season finale falls into every amateur trap you can imagine. After all, this is an adaptation of an adaptation, so something definitely was lost in translation.Promising start, average ending.6/10 ... just because of William Hurt.
