Two years after the events of the Fourth Great Ninja War, the moon that Hagoromo Otsutsuki created long ago to seal away the Gedo Statue begins to descend towards the world, threatening to become a meteor that would destroy everything on impact. Amidst this crisis, a direct descendant of Kaguya Otsutsuki named Toneri Otsutsuki attempts to kidnap Hinata Hyuga but ends up abducting her younger sister Hanabi. Naruto and his allies now mount a rescue mission before finding themselves embroiled in a final battle to decide the fate of everything.

Reviews
PiraBit if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Brendon Jones It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.
Rio Hayward All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
Nicole I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
shahrozhassan-34509 It's just awesome. Some people might say that its based to much on love but you actually get to see naruto's 'mushy' side and some great developmemt in his character. He just had to man up at some point. The movie really is worth a watch. And has great action too.
maybluecc The Last: Naruto the Movie is nowhere near a Masterpiece. It failed at being a romantic, action, or suspense movie. It had great animation which is to be expected from a such a wealthy franchise but other than that I do not see an intense value in it as some people claim it has. In a Romantic movie you usually see characters build an unbreakable, profound, intense, and spectacular bond that warms and at the same time sets your heart on fire through some kind of meaningful method. Yet in this movie Naruto fell in love with Hinata in around a minute and a half through an illusion. Love is all about emotion in my opinion and there was no emotion in that scene much less the sense of love at least for me as the viewer. In short the movie lacked the emotion to make me care about their love throughout the movie. I had to force myself to finish this movie because it was predictable and could not care about the characters. A movie like this should make you care about the character and be at the edge of your seat but this movie failed at that. Furthermore, I loved the action but there was not enough of it therefore I cannot give it full marks as an action movie which in all honesty was not the purpose of this movie. The purpose was shallow in my opinion because it was to explain how Naruto ended up with Hinata. I would like to note that this weakens the movie because it depends on the series in my opinion. However Kishimoto did say it would so I will not take my opinion into consideration when scoring. Most importantly the plot was not bad but underdeveloped and some elements of the story were unexplained and confusing. However I want to note that I did enjoy it at some points. Thank you for reading and like many this is my opinion so please take it with a grain of salt.
adzandroid I know I'm quite late to review this movie, but as says- "Better late than never. Well, i still can't stop thinking about this film. I never expected the movie to be this great. I was completely overwhelmed watching this movie. I'm a big fan of "Naruto" series and this movie really knows how to keep up the expectations. If i talk about the story than it was Awesome, you never always get to see an anime movie with such strong and potential story background. The Concept of kidnapping the younger sister of Hinata was something new to watch and was a visual treat. The Movie Keeps evolving better and better in terms of Maturity. This Movie personally revolve around the connection and romance of "Naruto and Hinata". If i were to talk about the "Romance" in this movie than it's something unusual. Even the romance in this movie comes with maturity. They really did balanced the romance in this movie, and i personally liked the romance of this movie. This Movie shows how naruto ends up with being "Hianta". The Movie might be too slow but it's fun to watch and not a single point made me bore. Eventually, I personally love 'Hinata' rather than 'Sakura', so it was a bit plus point for me. Even the fighting sequence was maturely executed and even the small cameo fighting sequence of "Kurama" was great to watch. Naruto has changed a lot in terms of fight-hing sense.Overall- I would definitely recommend you to watch this movie. It' a well matured executed movie. You'll be definitely surprised to see the "Newly Grown Naruto".
makinfortemp Naruto was my baby so to speak. I never watched anime until I started watching Naruto. I think it had some of the best painstaking story telling that took years to describe relationships and powers to make them not so ridiculous. Making the story really feel real and organic. It might always be my favorite anime of all time. But this movie, this giant piece of trash. I don't even have words for it. I created an account just to warn any fans out there how ***** bad this movie is. Save your childhood memories, don't watch this "movie" Tons of fake accounts trying to put a positive spin on it, read the media. Anyone who rates this movie highly is a fake account, or not really a Naruto fan.
