Reviews
TrueJoshNight Truly Dreadful Film
Marketic It's no definitive masterpiece but it's damn close.
JinRoz For all the hype it got I was expecting a lot more!
Huievest Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.
c-lindberger Made for a far better eye candy than most indie horror b-movies, and many other films as well. Definitely deserved a lot wider release then it got. If you enjoyed the other Bunnyman films, you will like this film as well. It's highly imaginative, gory, and funny. The opening scene is one of the best in the entire franchise. I strongly recommend this film.
blarahsalazar The Bunnyman spreads it's wings. A sequel done right, mostly. It removes what didn't worked in part 1, and double downs on what does. BUT it doesn't expand on the mythology like a sequel should. Still it's a blast from start to finish, and I will be the first in line in the theater to see where this twisted tale of the Bunnyman winds up. Bring on the Bunnyman !
lorainadowd Clearly superior to the original Bunnyman in every way, but retains what did work in the original film. The sequel beautifully amps up the atmosphere, with an almost painter like feel to the photography. The halting, jolting score is a stand out as well. And though the shock of the film's ending was probably ruined by anyone one who has seen the trailer, those coming to the film with a fresh perspective will certainly enjoy the film even more. The acting is all over the place, with the girls having rather shallow roles. However that may be the intent of the filmmakers, for the true antagonist of the film is Bunnyman and the redneck character Joe (whom also returns from the first film).
Jeff Towns This is a horror movie through and through. Not sure what the other reviewer was smoking, but this is a horror film very much in the style of retro 80's horror film icons like Jason. To be more specific, this is a slasher film in the best possible way. We have a killer who is seemingly indestructible killing various people at his whim. What this title character differs in is that he has more of a personality then Jason. In fact, this entire film has a weird quirky sense of humor about it. As noted in the opening school bus scene. I would highly recommend this film to anyone who likes horror films that fall into the little bit of quirky side.
