Prison of the Dead Trailers

Kristof, an eccentric rich kid, tricks his high school friends into getting back together for a reunion of sorts, under the pretense of a funeral. The group of twenty-somethings is forced to spend the night in an old abandoned witches' prison. During a Ouija Board séance, the schoolmates accidentally unearth three dead executioners from their graves. A little confused, and quite a bit angry, the Crypt Keepers initiate a killing spree that will only end when everyone is dead. Fortunately, the schoolmates all wore black. Too bad it's for their own funerals...

Reviews
PlatinumRead Just so...so bad
Ketrivie It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.
AshUnow This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
Myron Clemons A film of deceptively outspoken contemporary relevance, this is cinema at its most alert, alarming and alive.
Halfbreed It's really not THAT bad! I think that it was pretty good! It contains creepy, cool music,,some bad-ass executioners and a dark prison ("funeral home"). But it doesn't contain gore =( The acting was good and the plot didn't fail at all. I give this a strong 7!
pozest I love horror movies, but I have to say that this movie was terrible. I'm surprised I even made it through the movie. Nothing about it was remotely scary and the kill scenes and gore were pathetic. Bad acting, crappy plot, no gore, and terrible fx make this horror flick not worth watching.
MovieFan19 Personally I didnt think the movie was that bad, I mean some parts were alright and the others just sucked. But I've been trying to find that one song when Rory and Michele was in the room doing it. If anyone has seen the movie and recognizes the song will you please email me and tell me the name and who sings it because this is driving me nuts.
BHorrorWriter ...But I actually liked this movie. Yeah all the typical elements of a David Decoteau film are here: Bad acting, Bad script, A guy in his underwear, silly special effects, and recycled scenes used only as padding to make the movie longer. It is not wonder he uses so many alias's. Though, I can't help but like this movie. It is dark, and moody, and has a presence that is somewhat different than some of Decoteau's other movie for Full Moon. The thought of a place where witches were executed, and a struggle between their executions is a good one. But, of course not enough time is spent on the story, but instead on dumb dialog. Of course, in true Full Moon fashion, the ending is completely rushed and sucks! I can't stand Debra Mayer! Okay that is out of my system.Still, nothing great, but not horrible...Looking forward to the 2nd one, directed by Danny Draven (Horrorvision). 6 out of 10
