Good story, Not enough for a whole film

Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.

Clever, believable, and super fun to watch. It totally has replay value.

If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.

A criminal gang operating in Greece hides a large shipment of heroine inside a statue. During transportation the statue is stolen, and a member of the gang is sent to discover the culprits. Extended full-frontal female nudity is probably the only reason for "Operation Orient"'s existence. Well, that and the fact that it gave the cast a chance for some nice vacation time in Greece. The film is fairly well shot, but the "story" is a total mess, there's nobody to root for or care about (it's just a bunch of killers and drug dealers trying to out-maneuver each other), the dubbing is poor, and there is practically no action - just people moving from one place to another. Not worth tracking down - you can get both the nudity and the Greek locations in better films. *1/2 out of 4.
