Reviews
Matcollis This Movie Can Only Be Described With One Word.
ThedevilChoose When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.
Sameer Callahan It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.
Fleur Actress is magnificent and exudes a hypnotic screen presence in this affecting drama.
Uriah43 After almost being buried alive in a car accident "Tiara" (Tamara Blezinski) is convinced by her boyfriend "Lilo" (Kieran Shidu) and her niece "Mandy" (Navy Rizky Tavania) to go with them and some friends to a beautiful island paradise known as "Bride's Island". In particular they want to check out a fabulous waterfall known as "Bride's Waterfall" (which is also another title for this film) that can supposedly grant a person's wish. Anyway, although it once had a fish canning factory on it, the company relocated and the island is now totally deserted. At least, that's what the group thinks. What they don't realize is that there is a masked psychopath who has been living alone on the island and when he spies the young explorers decides to kill them off one by one. Of course, this is hardly a novel concept as this scenario has been played out many times in many different ways. Some better and some worse. What this particular film has going for it is the beautiful scenery and the equally beautiful women in the cast who the director (Rizal Mantovani) has attired as skimpily as possible for an excellent effect. I especially liked Jenny Cortez (as "Stacy") and Tyas Mirasih ("Amy") in addition to the aforementioned Tamara Blezinski. Be that as it may, while this film has plenty of sexy women it doesn't have any actual nudity or scenes involving sex. But it does have some gore and a torture scene which might grab the attention of some people. All in all, if a person likes a horror film in the splatter category then they may want to check this one out.
