Linbeymusol Wonderful character development!
Inclubabu Plot so thin, it passes unnoticed.
Mabel Munoz Just intense enough to provide a much-needed diversion, just lightweight enough to make you forget about it soon after it’s over. It’s not exactly “good,” per se, but it does what it sets out to do in terms of putting us on edge, which makes it … successful?
Delight Yes, absolutely, there is fun to be had, as well as many, many things to go boom, all amid an atmospheric urban jungle.
shide_85 This movie is quite clearly based off the odd partner police movies often involving a black and white colored person that comes out of Hollywood (action/comedy). This is however a bit more realistic, even if the fight scenes (as usual) are exaggerated. The sound and the normal speed of them was a fresh addition, it adds to the feel of the movie which is, as mentioned, a tad more realistic than the average one. Worth mentioning is that the fight scenes are also more realistic in the way that more "dirty" tricks are being used (ex: weapon versus no weapon, strikes from what in movies are odd angles and none lethal body blows with knives). The story itself centers around a detective and two thugs, which can be seen as the odd sidekick (instead of the sister), who are good "bad" guys and tours around 3kg of me th that gets into the wrong hands. It's decently phased, and the sidekicks are doing a good job at connecting you to the movie as they play the "average" person quite well (as mentioned excluded fight scenes). If they could have held back the number of people in the final scene i think the result might have been better. But, overall, it's worth a watch, if for nothing else the fresh touch on an old theme.
