Reviews
Billie Morin This movie feels like it was made purely to piss off people who want good shows
Lidia Draper Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
Ezmae Chang This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
Stephanie There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
PeteFlint I just had the pleasure of seeing this film and the one thing that came to mind after watching it was that this is something very special. I laughed a lot, I cried, I was moved in many ways. All the characters were great in their own way and I just truly enjoyed the experience.
tub51461 Movies on the subject of death & cancer have been done before, but not to this context. I recall The Bucket List with Jack Nicholson & Morgan Freeman. Those guys focused the entire film on getting their characters out of their daily lives and live their personal dreams to the fullest. On the other hand, the lead actress Madelyn Dundon with the script given to her by Daniel Roebuck & Jeff Lewis provided a more selfless take on the pains Grace had from the fear of death & her very immediate future. Instead, the goal was to accept the situation as it is because it may or may not change for the better and no one wants to live depressed & lonely.
trummy Daniel Roebuck nailed it with this movie. It makes you laugh and cry. The entire cast was excellent. The best thing is that he filmed this in his home town of Bethlehem, PA and surrounding cities. To see all of our local landmarks in the film was wonderful. More movies should be made in small towns like this to help the local tourism and economy.
cladd-30434 SERIOUSLY AN INCREDIBLE STORY. IT TRULY TELLS A BEAUTIFUL STORY OF HOW TO BE OPTIMISTIC AND MAKE THE MOST OUT OF LIFE WHEN YOU HAVE TERMINAL CANCER AND YOU KNOW YOU DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME TO LIVE. THE MAIN ACTRESS (WHO PLAYS GRACE) PUTS ON AN INCREDIBLE, EMOTIONAL AND DEDICATED PERFORMANCE WITH THIS FILM. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT ELSE SHE DOES IN THE FUTURE. ALSO HATS OFF TO THE DIRECTOR MR. ROEBUCK FOR BRINGING TEARS TO MY EYES WHILE WATCHING THIS STORY UNFOLD. THANK YOU! EVERYONE PLEASE SEE THIS!
