I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

The set-up of this not-particularly inspiring cartoon is that when Delilah cuy off Samson's hair, she knitted it into a cap, and whoever wears that cap is the strongest man in the world. Nowadays, the cap is worn by Willoughby Wren, a small fellow who works in a traveling circus, doing whatever he is told. He loves the beautiful aerialist, of course. One day, the sneering boss orders him to tend to the killer ape's cage....There aren't many laughs in this one, just a little guy able to beat up on big, bad guys. It's the Mighty Mouse model of story telling, in which the children are supposed to see themselves as the small guys. The problem is, they soon forget about being small, even though they remember about beating up....
