Sameer Callahan It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.

arundathi The film had some great plus points such as music, cinematography, story line and direction however the weak script made this movie boring. Even the title of the film did not make sense to the story. Ram Charan falls into the same trap as many actors: choosing generic scripts. He over acts with his dialogue delivery and he is unable to carry the movie. Rakul Preet as his love interest does a really good job but she is trapped with over the top dialogues. However, some credit should be given for a character that is different from generic portrayal of love interests. Kriti, as the sister, is able to help move the movie forward. But, again, the script does not really give her a chance to take charge. Arun Vijay as the antagonist was also a victim to poor screenplay. His role was not needed in this film. Overall, the film had a good concept but it was not brought to life.

Jasrick Johal Director Srinu Vaitla is back after the disastrous flop Aagudu, and Ram Charan has also been going through a lean phase with his last release GAV doing just average business. Bruce Lee The Fighter therefore comes with huge expectations of becoming a hit, the film has to bring both superstar director and actor to the top again. Thankfully Bruce Lee works, and one can see the film going on a successful run. The film is a entertaining mass entertainer, that has good family sentiments. The first half is really breezy and good. The second half does drag, and the stories twists are not really suspenseful. Also the story does follow the predictable clichéd mass entertainer model. But Megastar's entry, and Brahmi's comedy keep the second half afloat. But more on that later.Story wise the film is about a boy named Karthik and his sister who come from a middle class family, and there father cant afford both of them going into higher studies.The father wants Karthik to become a collector, but seeing his sisters eagerness to study and become a collector Karthik scarifies his studies. He purposely does bad in school so his sister can go to college etc, he also earns his fathers wrath but he doesn't care. He grows up to become a stunt man to help his father support his sisters educations, but his father is oblivious of this. He then after an encounter with a girl obsessed with cops, gets into crazy whirlwind of confusion where the girl thinks he is a cop, and she gets him into a lot of trouble. After awhile Karthik's sister gets herself caught up in a drug case, and Karthik then has to face some unwanted trouble. What happens next forms the rest of the plot.Acting wise Ram Charan, is in top form, his action, and especially dancing are amazing. Rakul Preet Singh is good in a comic role, and looks extremely beautiful. Kriti is good. Rao Ramesh is getting typecast. Arun Vijay hams. Sampath Raj is great. Brahmanandam is hilarious. Posani is funny.The films main positive is the brother sister sentiment, we don't get to see a track like this in most films,the track works wonders, and tugs at ones heart strings. The first half in general is very good and breezy,its well done. The action is stylish and top notch.The music is really good, and Ram Charan dances like a dream he is probably one of India's best. All things that make a mass entertainer a hit are in Bruce Lee. But Bruce Lee, like many other films after a great first half has a so so second half. The film starts to drag a lot, and the films twists are not really suspenseful. The films starts to head into the regular masala route. However the films biggest asset comes in the climax, and that is Mega Star Chiranjeevi's intro.His action sequence, his dialogue delivery, arises goosebumps. A mind blowing scene. Also Brahmi's comedy track is hilarious in the 2nd half. Both these tracks cover up a mediocre 2nd half to a extent.Overall watch Bruce Lee The fighter for some good family entertainment, and you will not be disappointed. Charan, and Vaitla are back, and if your a Mega Star fan run to the theaters, because his 5 min special appearance is worth the ticket price alone.3.5/5* or 7/10Ps. Finally watched a Telugu film in a premier show on Thursday in Surrey BC!!!

It has to be a correct film to hit the screens for festival season.ram acting,dance,performance was superb.OUR MEGA STAR comeback very nice.His entrance is superb from helicopter which is undoubtedly need for movie.His cameo is nice. direction is nice. songs are nice which makes you dance in theater. our comedian comedy is nice. a big movie festival for families,fans,movie lovers. nice climax. heroine performance,acting is nice. screenplay,sequence of film is nice.production is good.In Ram char an movies this is one of best best film.A family entertainer based on sister sentiment

ImJoelJayakar Bruce Lee is a good family entertainer. Sreenu Vaitla along with Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan delivered another successful entertainer, but this time he changes his style. You have to watch it on screen. Ram Charan is at his best. His dances and fights are the highlight. Acting is good but not enough for an actor of his range. Rakul Preet simply dominates everything whenever she appears on screen. Especially in the song Le Chalo she is at her best. Her beauty and locations compete with each others,but she finally manages to take over. Kriti Kharbanda is the true hero of this film. Being a successful heroine in Kannada, she accepted the role of a sister rather than lead role. For that she deserves special appreciation and proves that she is apt for the role. All the remaining characters are good. If I start mentioning about each and every actor, I may miss a few. Music by Thaman is good and he manages to score a decent BGM. Cinematography is good. Editing is smooth. Breathtaking stunts are another asset for the film. Megastar Chiranjeevi appears in a cameo which will be a special attraction but will not have a great impact. Production values are rich. Bruce Lee is a good entertainer but not as expected. So, go and watch without expectations.
