Boring Love Trailers

Based on a series of posts published on popular Thai website pantip.com. The story became so popular that it was later turned into a best selling novel. "Boring Love" consists of a love triangle with Ped (Anurak Yingnakorn) squarely in the center. Ped works as a flight attendant and has a girlfriend. His life becomes much more complicated when a male co-worker named Oiy decides to make a move on Ped.

Casey Duggan It’s sentimental, ridiculously long and only occasionally funny
whduckie Personally I do enjoy the show a lot. The casts are not drop dead gorgeous (except for Kai who is very beautiful) but the characters do grow on you. Oi is very cute and adorable, extremely lovable character which makes me just want to love him more. Some of his declaration of love is funny. I especially like the one when he asked Ped to stab Oi at his heart if he does not love him; and it will be Ped who gets hurt because he is in Oi's heart. Ped is the mild mannered object of Oi's affection. His open mindedness and his mild character I believes makes him able to accept Oi's affection. As many reviews pointed out, the acting is pretty bad. But surprisingly for me it is not a huge minus for me. I guess the phrase "it's so bad... It's actually good" do apply here. In reality, the chances of such situation happening is next to zero. The fact that this is based on a true story give the movie goers some hope and at some level satisfy our yearning for such things to happen.
Fa Gix Here is the plot of the movie, for reference: Ped loses his girlfriend and is heartbroken. He begins a new job and meets Oiy who confesses his love to him. Oiy is a male co-worker and Ped rejects him, not being gay. As time goes by a reluctant affection toward Oiy slowly develops. In a nutshell: this plot was a potentially good material to start with, tackling with the ambivalence of male/female relationships and sentiments within a "ménage à trois". The photography was quite okay too. However, the awkward acting (e.g. the fake punches which are so bad that they're almost hilarious) and very bad editing spoiled everything.I give it a 4, and that's mostly for the plot and cute actress.
jeff-2027 I can't understand why the reviews on this are so harsh and well... wrong. Granted the available subtitles are very bad so it is takes a little effort to pay attention. However this movie explores the nature of love and how sometimes it does not come in neat little packages that are comfortable for everyone.I found it to be insightful, heartwarming and it made me feel better about some of the not so elegant relationships in my own life.I gave it a 10... perhaps it should have gotten a 8.75 but hey, the other reviews were off base in my opinion.I will watch this movie again, and every so often I will watch it yet again. The original music was excellent, the story was engaging and the character development was well done!
