bd-west81 I have to say first that I love movies. I have so much respect for actors, writers, directors, producers. I look for movies that are much more than just mindless entertainment. I look for the movies that usually fly under the radar, cause you can usually find some of the best films ever made there. Indie films and such. It was the case with this movie "Blood Ranch", I had never heard of it. And I wish that was still the case! Words cannot even begin to describe just how completely awful this movie was. When I first started watching it I thought it was a joke, maybe some kind of satire on horror films or something. I could not tell you what happens, how it begins or ends. I would watch for about 15 minutes or so then skip forward a few scenes to see if maybe it got any better. But it only got worse. It is as if a bunch of fifth graders, with absolutely no talent or ability, deliberately found the worst actors then could get, and then decided to wing it without a script. I have seen so many movies, I love movies. But I have to say that this is without a doubt the absolute worst movie I have ever seen in my entire life If you have not seen this movie, Please do yourself a favor and keep it that way

Slimboa As a rule, I find horror films a little tiresome, but Blood Ranch starts with a great premise and slowly builds up to some outrageous horror and sick humor. The film tips its hat to some of the classics, and there's even a reference to Texas Chain Saw. It's not good that the premise of the movie is revealed in the selling bites on the DVD listing as you don't learn the truth until near the end of the movie and it all starts to make a lot more sense. One thing about horror films which has always bugged me is that the bad guys never seem real to me, as if they are some kind of limitless satanic evil or whatever. In Ranch, we really believe that the leader Spider is believable scenario is very possible and for that, all the more frightening.

SingTalauhii You may be the watcher or the buyer and you will want keep it and show it to other people that you may know. It is what many people think the horror movies should be. Don't be so serious to make me want to be scared. I like it to be funny from the makers of the movies that want people to be fearing. I am only 17 years today but i still will always want to laugh about dark movies that people think are so serious. They are not for me when they are real type scary. This one was perfect to me. I see many people think this movie was not good to them. The people must be very very hard of heart to want to see evil make show. Live, love and laugh is my saying to live by.

Edvin Lundkvist (edvin_87) This movie is one of the worse movies i have ever seen, I thought all of the movie was a joke, me and my neighbor watched this movie and we first read about it here at IMDb and our expectations where high after reading about what the movie was about, we thought it would be like "WRONG TURN", "THE HILLS HAVE EYES" and "WOLF CREEK" but this movie was nothing like all of those movies. The movie contains the worse acting i have ever seen, and it is even filmed in a very weird and cheap way, just like in a low budget movie. Okey here we go the movie starts of with that some peoples car brokes down and they need to go on by foot and comes to a place called "BLOOD RANCH" where the most sick and retarded people lives and basically kills people. You may think that the movie should be good like somewhere in the movie but seriously i never found it. And the end just wait for the very end and try not to laugh! This is my first comment I'm sad it would be such a hard one against the movie, but it was hard to stay neutral and write all of the good stuff to, because they never was any.
